I booked online but despite the restaurant being empty except for 1 sole diner, we were made to stand at the front desk for 5 minutes while she verified our booking. I showed her the booking on my phone but she couldn't find it. She then asked if I'd got the correct venue, which i had, then asked if I was sure I was in the right place, I was, then asked me if I had paid a deposit, I said no, and she said oh that's why then. You never asked me for a deposit!! Not good

the ice-cream was mediocre. the topping for the ice-cream and milkshake were soft maybe exposed to air for the day. The snacky food was with poor ingredients definitely not worth the price. the seats were heavily stain. the lady did give as a slushie to say sorry the order wasn't good.

My son absolutely love this place. Great selection of sweet and savoury items and decent sized portions too. My son loves the fact he can have candy floss with ice cream and churros. Coffee is delicious too.

Such a gorgeous little cafe and AMAZING food! We went just for the colourful drinks and churros but we ended up getting sliders and slushies too, and the fries were so tasty. The food was all delicious, and very reasonably priced for London. The drinks were delicious and very cute. The atmosphere was also lovely. The lady taking our order seemed to be in charge and she was so friendly, helpful and it was lovely to see her chatting to the locals too. 10/10, and I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to London.

It was beautiful walking in, unfortunately the seating was inadequate. When we reserved a table and arrived we were in a booth that had a large column that took up half the seat. And even then the booths made to occupy 4, 2 on each side was really more fit for 1 person each. It was a tight squeeze with coats and handbags. The decor was beautiful and the tea cups were gorgeous. Unfortunately the cotton candy machine was out of order, so getting a cotton candy hot chocolate was a no go 😒. Service was slow and it felt like the churros weren’t quite cooked, but the plain hot chocolates were very yummy. We had to wait 25 minutes for our slushies. It was still fun and glad we went but don’t think it would be a place to visit again. Maybe a different location if the booths are bigger.

Overall, the experience was good, staff were friendly... the downside was the slow service. There were 5 of us, and the drinks came out separately also; the food came separately, too, which was extremely annoying.

beautiful looking place, unfortunately the greeting was very off putting, the seating wasn't comfortable and also the churros were burnt and the chocolate sauce was literally watered down,it wasn't comfortable at all. Unfortunately will not return. Missed out as I usually recommend to all my mummy friends. I appreciate the efforts businesses put in and I will always be honest as I know it's people's lively hood.

Very small inside only about 5 tables not much room at all, staff not very friendly no smiles or conversation. Overpriced for a slushie with a few sweets in top. Churros were nice and the blue milkshake was lovely too. No ambience and no toilets which I don’t even think is legal…and nowhere to use! A man from another restaurant came storming in to tell them to stop sending their customers over to use his toilet. Overall not really worth it for the price but kids will enjoy the faff of the milkshakes and ice creams with candy floss.
