7.5/10We had booked for 7pm, wanting to eat early, but they must have been overstretched because we didn't get our main courses until 9.20pm and then some of them were cold and had to be sent back to be reheated. Although the food was good, the delay spoilt the evening.

6.5/10We were only able to have starters - following these there was an issue in the kitchen and we weren’t able to eat anything else despite waiting for 2 hours. It happens and we felt really bad for the restaurant but felt they could have handled it better - we were only told after asking what was happening (almost 90 minutes after our starters!). We will be back for a second attempt!

8/10An unusual setting in the middle of a housing area but the food and ambience was great. Service a little slow but this suited us since we were chatting and needed a catch up. I liked the none-rush but this may not be for everyone. I would recommend.

10/10Most importantly the food was very tasty. My wife hates coriander so our food was prepared with no coriander. I was given a pot of fresh coriander to sprinkle on my food. Very thoughtful. Very attentive service and a good atmosphere in the restaurant. All in all had a great evening.

+3the food was very tasty. the starters dahi puri melted in the mouth, the rajkoti gughra is a must try. on the mains. while the dishes were definitely tasty, the spice levels are on the milder side. on service, having more staff could help with better attention to customers. had to ask more than twice to refill water etc.. overall, very pleased with the food and will definitely visit again.

7/10Overall a good experience however when called to make the booking I was told Yuma were not being accepted even though I booked with the £50 Yums voucher. It was honoured after explaining so that was good. Starter ‘s pani puri and fish fry were very nice although the fish fry a bit pricey at £11.00 for 6 thin strips. Paneer butter masala for main was very nice however the red lamb curry wasn’t as flavourful and spicy as expected. Table Water was hand poured and was room temperature and not served with ice. Had to ask for more water and ice twice throughout the meal. I think it would be prudent to serve guests a just of chilled water if requested. Waited 15 mins for second man bread by which time the dishes were cold so not quite as enjoyable. Overall though the manageress was polite and mingled well with other diners,

9.5/10Trying somewhere new is always interesting. Our friends had been and said the food was great so we travelled over to try it out and it did not let us down. Small place on a parade of shops and only a few in but we had booked very early. The menu is not huge, but this is a massive positive as they are focussing on a menu that delivers and is not 1 pages of choice like some others. A great mix of Vegetarian and meat based dishes and everything was hot, tasty and full of flavour.

10/10Had a lovely lunch with some excellent tasty food. The restaurant was very quiet when we were there but it is a very pleasant set up. The service was very good and the waiter was very friendly and helpful.

10/10Hidden in an area you would not expect to find a top quality restaurant! There is only 30-35 covers so you must book but the food is amazingly good and for me the best i have had locally in the chalfonts, amersham and chesham! Unfortunately by stating this here i may not be able to get a table easily again as it was THAT good !

10/10Over the weekend went for this hidden gem! I had looked at the menu beforehand and the dishes sounded different to some of the best Indian restaurants in the whole country and the flavour and taste was absolutely brilliant when we actually had the food 👌For starters we had Kokam Fish Fry which was much better than the typical fried fish dish. Second starter Adraki Chaap from Welsh lamb was very succulent and flavoursome - would happily have this again. For mains we tried Kombdi Rassa chicken which had some amazing spice flavours that I have not had anywhere else before. Rajasthani Laal Maas lamb dish was stupendously yummy! We had the Dahi Bhala (authentic Delhi style for me 👏), Laccha Paratha and Butter Naan which were amazing. Will be going here regularly now with friends and family. Superb discovery!! The service was very professional and attentive as Arvinder the Manager as a great host. She has an amazingly bubbly and welcoming personality.

A small restaurant but good food. Like the seafood starter. Main course was good too. It's a shame that for dessert they did not have kulfi. Parking was easy as parking spaces right in front of the restaurant.

Ne visited for Valentine's day and were greetea with a very warm welcome, as always. The food was excellent. Indian food with lots of flavour and and twists. All presented beautifully!! We ordered cocktails, the espresso martini was brilliant and very well made. The rose and lychee martini was lovely too Thank you for a lovely evening.

9.5/10The amazing depth of flavour and elegance of presentation reminded me of Tamarind in Mayfair. The only difference (apart from price, what great value!!) was I didn’t spot any Hollywood stars, however with Bovingdon studios nearby I am sure it won’t be long before they find Kokum too.
