    starting from the reception staff up to the waiters, since we arrived until we left, staff were superb, very kind, friendly and accommodating, jack and mike were awesome, they told us about the food we ordered one by one so we know what we are eating, attention to details and always there when we call them....politeness is observed and put on o practice all the time.

    Our experience at Lanesborough Grill was fantastic! Was there to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and everything was spot on—good food, attentive service, and a warm, elegant atmosphere. The live jazz band added the perfect touch to a memorable evening. Highly recommend!

    Eaten at some fine restaurants in my time across the world but the chefs set menu might have topped my list. Beautifully intimate dining in such a grand luxurious setting. All wait staff were impeccable, especially Raphael. Would most definitely be returning in the future. The great history of the buildings heritage formerly used as a hospital and its renovation after the war holds it in great esteem in my books. The food 15/10, Noughts and Crosses cocktail was also divine.

    From the moment we walked in, the welcomed by the staff and atmosphere were incredible. Very helpful and professional. The service in the bar area was superb with an extensive menu of drinks cocktails, wines, beers, Champagne and much more. At the restaurant service and food were excellent. Kindly acknowledge my partner's birthday as I requested. Thanks you for a great celebration.

    The service is always excellent and the staff very well mannered and friendly. The food is delicious each time we have been. For such a beautiful place with such a fine setting, it is great value to enjoy their set menus. Only tiny gripe/recommendation would be better background music!

    we truly had an amazing evening at the Lanesborough grill, everything was 5 star, from the confirmation email, to arriving to the restaurant. Everyone looked after us so well. This was our first time, but definitely not the last! We are already planning on coming back!

    Really great experience dining at The Lanesborough Grill. The beef Wellington was divine! Our baked Alaska was flamed at the table. We were celebrating my birthday and it was a very memorable evening.

    Enjoyed festive set menu with champagne and wine. Jazz trio playing in the background was cool. Lovely overall but service was slower than usual. We unfortunately had a noisy table near us which did spoil the occasion. We did move table for our desserts.

    atmosphere, the beautiful surroundings and the super polite service. the food was fantastic and we found a wonderful wine to go with the food. we ate there d. 22 November and the hotel and restaurant are beautifully decorated for Christmas. the decor and comfort are top notch. we had a wonderful evening.
