As Tasty As Ever! Another great visit to The Mexican I had my favourite starter the Elote Ribs, and they were an incredible blend of flavours. The ribs were tender and coated in a smoky diablo dust seasoning that paired perfectly with the sweetness of the corn. The smoky chilli and paprika seasoning (or something similar) added a deep, rich taste, making every bite a flavour-packed delight. I seriously considered ordering more! If you love elote, these ribs are a must-try. I also had the Pollo Quesadillas, a classic done right. They were stuffed with juicy, well-seasoned chicken and plenty of gooey cheese, with a crispy exterior and a hearty, satisfying filling. The chipotle crema on the side added just the right amount of smokiness and spice. Comforting, filling, and everything you’d want in a great quesadilla I also had the Beef Chilli Burrito which was soooo good! and a few nice pints of Corona to wash it all down! overall very tasty food and great service which can't be faulted

Really nicely decorated for Valentines Day, kind and funny staff who went above and beyond giving free gifts for Valentines also which was so so nice. Great food, great atmosphere: made a lovely date night for me and my partner.

Bon our server was so friendly and welcoming. The cocktail was fab and the food was delicious full of flavour. Its our second time, and won't be our last. Grrat family owned restaurant.

nice enough restaurant in terms of decor - however food was distinctly average - burritos were dry and they failed to acknowledge that I had booked on the fork with a 20% discount - just said it was a fault in teh booking and not applicable - no attempt to even offer this as it was clearly their mistake - server not sure if they had any sauces like mayonaise - just wanted us to order dips from the menu. Overall a disappointing experience and customer service needs to improve and they need to honour promotions when they have this as an option or get rid of them.

Friendly hosts, great food. loved the decor and music. reasonable prices. I traveled over half an hour to go here with my dad and I'm really glad I did and will definitely be coming back. my dad even got a free drink and churros for fathers day which was a really nice surprise

It’s mine and my partner’s to-go spot when we need to go out, you can taste the good quality of the food! And the board games are the cherry on top of the cake!

I’d encourage everyone to go to this place. The staff were so lovely and the food was fabulous- in particular I’d recommend their churros as a dessert - we weren’t that hungry after having had our main but when we tasted the delicious dip and really well made churros we ordered the same amount again. Great value for money also.
