7.5/10This is a small hotel restaurant in the middle of nowhere: they accept reservations at 8:30 then they come and say the kitchen closes at 9pm!! There is zero atmosphere in the restaurant. But food quality is excellent and it is well priced. I would go back there just for the food. Service is not too bad…

Mole & Badger, Pub & Shokudo is located within the premises of Karma Sanctum on the Green boutique hotel , a 17-century coach house. M&B offers a casual Japanese-inspired dining experience with a focus on locally sourced ingredients and seasonal produce and aims to be zero waste. The menu will offer a variety of dishes including Japanese-street food sharing plates, casual light bites, and bar snacks to enjoy with friends and family. A new, revamped drinks list will include local brews, top-notch wines, and locally sourced premium spirits.
