My son had the dirty burger - for the price, it could have been a lot bigger and he wasn't particularly impressed by the quality either! I had pork roast and was a bit disappointed to find out it was pork belly slices and not from a piece of pork! The rest of it was quite tasty, nice selection of veg

The staff were friendly polite and attentive. The food was served very quickly. We throroughtly enjoyed our lunch. But I would prefer if waiters check our glasses periodically to serve more drinks.

The staff were really lovely and kind, and were amazing and patient helping us with my son's multiple food allergies... so grateful for a lovely afternoon, highly recommended we will be back soon. Great food, service and drinks.

I've been to the Oatlands Chaser a number of times recently and the food has been consistently good. Staff always friendly. In the past the food hasn't always lived up to expectations - been disappointed many times! Smashing it team Oatlands Chaser. Keep up the good work : )

We went for dinner at 7 pm a table of 4 birthday dinner . Ordered hot chocolate when we sat down as we were cold . So was the hot chocolate when it finally arrived . Service was slow , not enough staff . Waited an hour for dinner to arrive and when it did it was burnt but only just warm. Pudding was delayed as waiter said they had burnt the crumble so were doing more when it arrived it was cold as was the custard . So disappointed. Went to the ladies and 2 of the 3 toilets were blocked . The overall look of the place is shabby it needs a good clean and paint . Will not be returning.

Food excellent,after ordering drinks we had to wait over half an hour for them to be delivered despite numerous requests of 'Where are our drinks' Very attentive waiter who was getting embaressed by the drinks delay. This is the second time we have had the same problem. Was by finally resolved by the manageress on the bill.

A very disappointing meal, we had the Sunday roasts, pork and beef and both were less than good. My sirloin was too thickly cut and riddled with sinew, it was a nice pink colour but hard to cut and lacking in flavour. The pork was advertised and being with crackling but there was none to be seen.. The vegetables were ok to be fair buy the roast potatoes were hard so we left most of them. We werent offered any mustard or horseradish, I had to get up and get them , as with our drinks. My guests didn't bother with a desert, my sticky toffee pudding was nice. Our meal for 3 with a bottle of wine set me back £78 so I don't think Oatlands Chaser is a place we'll re-visit in a hurry.

Really enjoyed our evening.had a lovely table and were looked after by the staff.wish the deep fried brie had been hotter otherwise no complaints about the food.belly of pork delicious!!

Really like the restaurant but were disappointed that so many items on the menu were unavailable, it seemed they hadn’t had a delivery. I know this happens sometimes, would like to visit again and hope for a full menu.

I checked the menu before booking but my first two choices, both fish, were sold out. The reimposing fish dish was OK, but unimaginative. The service was good, they tried hard.
