2/10We have been before and it was incredible. I felt the food was very basic pub grub, I felt the Atmosphere was ok but nothing special. The price is insane but basic menu and awful service.

3.5/10We arrived at 12.10, no heating, we left at 14.35 still cold. We sat with our overcoats on. Food looked good but hardly warm, got cold quickly. Staff acknowledged conditions and brought fresh hot vegetables but we were well into the meal. Desserts and coffee ok. A reduction in the final bill was some monetary compensation but not for a very bad dining experience.

7/10The food was great, very enjoyable but the restaurant was less than comfortable temperature wise, we did move to a warmer location for our second course and we did have a complimentary hot drink but were disappointed with the overall temperature of the the building, yes it was a cold day but the thermostat should have been turned up to improve the comfort level.

7.5/10We booked last minute so very pleased they could fit in a party of 6 and we were warmly greeted on arrival. We all ordered a Sunday lunch and on the whole the food was good, the beef excellent but the lamb a little fatty and definitely too much gravy, my plate was swimming! Suggestion ..... serve the gravy in gravy boats so you can pour as little or as much as you like onto your dinner, also it would be nice to have the vegetables served in dishes, again so the guest can serve themselves to the choice of vegetables on offer. Having said this, we would visit again and try some of the other dishes on offer and we would recommend to friends.

5.5/10The place and location is lovely. The food was very average/tasteless and the coffee was terrible. My cappuccino was very bitter and tasted as though the beans were burnt and like a triple shot, dark brown, not cappuccino colour for sure, think it was a coffee machine that was broken, certainly not a barista coffee. They did take it off the bill though 👍🏼 service is included at 12.5% which I regret paying.

10/10First time I've been, Sam our waiter was amazing, the food was incredible too. I came with my friend and her dog and had a lovely little area where doggo could relax and Sam brought us fresh water for her. definitely will recommend here and will come back.

5/10Was disappointed, not sure if was an off day as this was our first time, was left a while before being greeted at the entrance, once seated had a lovely table. Ordered 2 Sunday roasts and coke and hot chocolate, waited a long time when eventually the food arrived, but still no drinks. The one meal was wrong and had to be taken away and replaced. Staff gave the impression they did know what was happening. It was not busy, so was disappointed for the cost.

8/10Really liked the Halloween themed decor, really a fun thing to do. Food good, service good, view lovely even when raining. Probably time to think about the menu and move to a more autumn to winter food selection.

4/10Despite booking a table we still had to wait at an unattended reception for 10 minutes to be welcomed by a flustered member of staff who had been drafted in from the hotel and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Many tables uncleared. Service slow we felt forgotten. However a very apologetic waiter Sam was a credit to the place. I was also perturbed by the presence of several dogs in the restaurant. Despite being a dog owner myself I found this unhygienic and inappropriate in a restaurant
