2/10One of the worst experiences I have ever had for a Sunday lunch. The hot drinks were cold and week the food was un eatable and the service was very unorganised Will never go back and will tell everyone not to use this place.

Thank you for your feedback David. We are sorry to hear you didn't feel your meal with us was a pleasant experience. I understand you were made aware by a member of staff that the frother was broken on the coffee machine. Whilst this is not ideal, unfortunately something like this cannot be helped. Nevertheless, we are sorry that this ruined your visit. With regards to the food, all tables are checked back shortly after their food has gone out, to which you responded that you didn't feel you could comment. If we are made aware of an issue at the time, we are then in a position to try and put it right whilst the customer is still here, which of course we would have done had we been made aware of an issue with the food. I understand all plates were clear of food when they were brought back into the kitchen also. I am sorry that you feel the service was not good. The service charge was removed from your bill and you requested that it was put back on and that you pay for it, which you did.
