7/10We had a lovely afternoon tea but it was spoilt by business people sitting at the tables & either talking loudly on their phones or by video calls on their computers! In particular one individual talking so loudly I had to ask one of your doormen to have a word with him or that I would!

We had a lovely meal prior to going to see the Magic Hour show. I had fish pie and my husband had fish and chips. For pudding we shared a chai creme brûlée. The staff at the Palm Court are lovely, always smiling and attentive. They were very welcoming and we enjoyed the experience. The show itself is brilliant, so all in all a thoroughly lovely evening.

10/10the pla court was beautiful. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed which is what we wanted after ad ay out in London. We arrived and were greeted with a warm welcome. The staff were very accomodating and moved our seating so that I could iew the piano. All staff continuously asked how we were , we had plenty of refil of the tea ans sandwich filllings were changed to suit our diet. Several staff were there and constantly checked on us. We were made to feel special . We will remember this event .

10/10This was our first ever afternoon tea and we will always remember it. The first thing that stood out to us has been the excellent service from our dedicated waitor, he was very attentive and kind, made us feel very welcome. The table set up, attention to detail and surroundings were impeccable. We loved the food and tea, very tasty and everything freshly made.

10/10The service was amazing on all counts ???? we were served by Maria and other staff members who supported my friends mum, who is disabled to get from her wheelchair to the table. It was emotional to see how everyone was so caring and supportive, especially the door men Charlie & John Thank you, Maria ,and the other staff member who was supportive when we first arrived. ❤️ This is the afternoon tea ???? we will always go to, staff past and new are wonderful. We miss Jonathan ???? ❤️ but the service was amazing. Knowing my friend Hilldette's mum had not walked for a year, but she took steps with supportive staff .

We had a lovely afternoon tea at the Palm Court. The staff were really attentive and were happy to replenish our sandwiches and box up anything we couldn’t eat. The food was amazing and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

10/10Prefect location in central London for Afternoon Tea. The tea room was intimate and cosy. The service was attentive but not over the top and the food was delicious! One of the best afternoon tea experience i have had!

9/10We were staying at the Sheraton Grand Park Lane Hotel and booked afternoon tea at the Palm Court for the day we arrived in London. We were tired from the transatlantic flight, and this was just what we needed! Lovely, attentive service in a serene atmosphere. We went for afternoon tea at another famous location the day after. Our impression overall was that both tea rooms had excellent tea; the Palm Court had the best clotted cream and jams; while the tea sandwiches, scones, desserts and lemon curd were better at the other tea room (which also cost about 20£ more per person). Would definitely have tea at the Palm Court again if visiting London and staying at or nearby to the Sheraton Grand Park Lane Hotel.

10/10This was a very good experience. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Birat and Maria were fantastic. We were there for my wife’s birthday and they made it a memorable afternoon for us. They were very good with our 7 year old. We will highly recommend this place. The food and the various varieties of tea were lovely and delightful.

6/10I had afternoon tea here two years ago. I was impressed by the choice of sandwiches because there were enough on the plate and they all tastes really nice. The bread they used was also impressive. There was beetroot bread, carrot bread and another type of coloured bread which was soft and tasty. The sandwiches last Monday was dry and nothing ordinary. I was also surprised that there were about three choices of sandwiches and one wrap for two people. The scones shrunk compared to what we had before. In fairness, it was still nice. The choices of cakes was not as good as it was. Compared to my first visit there, there was a significant reduction in the amount of food in the tray. Whilst we were told that we can ask for more, the visual of it looked disappointing straightaway. I saw the food and my appetite was gone. There don’t seem to have anything interesting to look at, hence there is nothing appetising to look forward to. The tea pot as usual was too hot to handle, perhaps you could opt for a much safer pots to be used. An accident waiting to happen in my opinion. The service was excellent of course, but the ambience it seemed was lost. The seats were not that comfortable. Perhaps it could be my disappointment with the food that I instantly wanted to get out of there. I felt bad for taking my family there because I was telling them about how great the food there was compared to the other places we went to, only for them to feel disappointed as well.

10/10Just enough options. Not every afternoon tea menu has a vegetarian option, and this one did - plus the choice to add a glass of a couple different sparkling wines. The staff was very kind to us, checking in just enough without being intrusive, and the area of the hotel the Palm Court is in is as pretty as the rest of it. This was our first meal after arriving in London and checking in, and it was a good place to land while hungry and still jet-lagged. The salmon sandwich was the winner, though everything was good.

7/10Was fine. Nice. Not as special as I had hoped for. Service was poor. The server said she would bring us more sandwiches and never did. She disappeared. An hour later she brought our bill. I asked about the sandwiches. She said she thought someone else brought them.

4.5/10The Sheraton is elegant. We arrived for a five o’ clock tea. It was our first time. The tea and the tea set was really pretty. The waitor does not informed us about the details, what is going on, what can or cannot we choose, how can the kids make their own BigBen, just “dropped out” the meals. He has an Italian or Spanish accent which was really stange on an authentic five o’ click tea. Used words like ‘fantasrico’. The dishes has avarage quality with too much sweetness (sandwich, sweet bakery, sweet cakes). Before our arriving I wanted to contact them by writing to indicate my food allergy, the system sent my a phone number, but they were not available. I got my meal an hour later and it was horrible also with a sugar schock. The price did not reflect the quality of service received.
