10/10A very welcoming atmosphere, warm and delightful. Food was delicious, all the staff polite. Only there for a short while but will definitely visit again soon.

10/10It was my sons 21st birthday and he had been to the restaurant before and asked if we could go there for his birthday. I had just had a knee operation so asked if we could be on a table where I could stretch my knee out. When we arrived the waitress asked if this table was good so I could leave my leg out and not be in the way. The food was excellent and was looked after very well. Definitely recommend this restaurant for food service and everything.

6/10Arrived at 6pm for my booking. Placed our order for two roasts. Was told at 6.55pm there were no roasts left 😡. I felt extremely sorry for the lovely young waitress that served us.

10/10The restaurant was Christmassy and the waitress went out of her way to be helpful particularly as I have a food allergy. The ambience was lovely and the food really nice. All in all a lovely lunch!

9.5/10Absolutely lovely meal and service, Tilly, who served us, was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. And then when we moved to the bar Tracey was also very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely time and will definitely be back again soon.

6/10Lovely setting, plenty of parking and spacious inside. Pleasant staff, good drinks selection and nice menu. Chicken Caesar salad was ok, chicken was a bit dry but the garlic bread that came with it wasn’t nice and didn’t represent good value. Signature Burger was very good and hubby would recommend.

9/10There was space in the car park for us. We were promptly shown to our table upon arrival, which was laid out for the six of us. The two course lunchtime menu was extremely good value and the food was very tasty. There was a choice of beers. Service was good humoured and obliging. The Poplar Farm turned out to be a good choice for our monthly get - together meal and we would all happily return. A tip was left

8/10The service was really bad but 1 waitress seemed to be doing all the work so she is worth praising. She had to shout out the kitchen staff as it took 25 minutes for a Crème Brule to come out. thanks

7.5/10Whilst the bar staff are very helpful they were unable to overcome the shortcomings of the App called Vintage Inns. Avoid the App at all costs it will delay your meal arriving at the table. The lack of accurate information is also a problem, deciding what to eat takes time but to then discover it is not available having selected it on the App is extremely frustrating.

9/10Despite being short staffed due to covid, staff were very pleasant and service was excellent. Tables are well spaced and we all felt very safe. Everyone enjoyed their meal but we would welcome the return of the choice of smaller meals.
