Not sure if it's the restaurant or the Forks problem but the menu we booked was not the menu we were offered. The Fork indicated there were 4 courses each but the reasturant only offered 2 each. Quite a difference. To be fair to the reasturant they did comp our drinks and one dessert but head office really needs to sort this out. Not sure we'd have booked had we known what we were getting. Has to be said, the food was pretty good though.

we were running late for our reservation due to train delays but they were so accomodating and held the table for us. one of us left our mobile phone and they called us immediately after we left and informed us. the food was good and the waiters very pleasant

Food was not heated properly, both the moussaka and bean dish were not hot. The tea came with the teabag by the side of the cup not having had the boiling water poured on it. Service middling.

The welcome was great, the room cosy and the meze course was tasty. But the wrap wasn't good. The main problem was confusion about the Fork offers. This should have been dealt with by the resto with the Fork. I felt caught in the crossfire and 2 of the staff were a little aggressive. I kept being challenged when I was only requesting what had clearly been offered on the Fork. It ruined the welcome even tho the staff were more friendly later. It took about 20 minutes of rather hostile exchanges before they agreed to honour the offer. This is not the way to treat customers. I hope they resolve matters with the Fork as there was another issue with a different offer being advertised on the Fork website which the resto said was not available.

Very prompt service over lunch and a very reasonably priced fixed price menu! I had the £10 veggie mezze platter. Really nice glass of the house white wine, too. Good value for lunch.

This chain restaurant must offer the best value lunch on Bankside - 2 dips with flatbread or crudités, and a main with chips or bulgar for £10. Other permutations of souvlaki and plates also available. House wine is very reasonably priced @£20 a bottle too. Lovely view across the river to St Paul's, friendly and efficient service.
