I Was a bit disappointed with the size of portions for the price we were charged and didn't think it was value for money . Also a service charge says it's discretionary but it's automatically charged, surely it's up to the individual customer to add this . Because of this I don't think I will return

Cold plates were finished, hots didn't arrive. An hour went by so complained. Hots then arrived . We had complimentary drinks but I was the. Late for the gig and missed one of the bands. Free drinks didn't make up for missing the reason I was in Bristol, the cost of the hotel etc. very poor service, good food.

they took forever to get our order although the restaurant was empty, food was okey but really small plates for the price given. we had 50% off but they were reluctant to give it to us.

The restaurant was “closed” when we arrived but after showing the booking confirmation the manager came back saying “you have 10 min if you want to order” . They pointed at a table and directed us to sit down. The order did not come complete but the waitresses did not bother to come back and check on us as they did with a different table. Poor service !

Nice food, menu and little confusing. Order and drinks delivered quickly. A discretionary service charge is added and also a charity contribution which I was surprised about as nothing was advised as an explanation to this?

I LOVE The Real Greek and their staff...BUT they were SO understaffed it was crazy - had to wait ages for service at 1230 even though booked, wasnt given the £9.50 menu had to ask, didn't have the Moussaka ready on ala carte. Will not stop me going but could do with more front of house. thanks H

I booked a table through the fork booking site for 7pm for 4 people. We arrived 5 minutes early so when they said they didn't have a table yet we were happy to wait. However the manager then offered us to sit and wait outside, telling us it would be up to half and hour wait and would get us a complimentary 'soft drink' we were there for my friends 40th so we managed to get at least her a prosecco. Anyway, after half and hour of waiting we got fed up and ate in the restaurant next door and they sorted us a table straight away. When you book a table especially for a special occasion you expect your table to be ready and reserved for that time. Poor service from the manager I'm afraid. We took our money elsewhere :(
