9.5/10This is a lovely restaurant, found it on my last visit to Gloucester Quays. Enjoyed the visit so much last time I returned again. It's a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, very clean and comfortable . The menu offers an excellent choice if dishes. The food is excellent and beautifully presented . Look forward to my next visit!

4/10Lovely setting, very busy. However they didn’t have enough staff to cope with the volume of customers. We were given substitute drinks without letting us know that they didn’t have what we ordered. Staff attempted to give us a round of drinks not ordered. We had to wait an exceptionally long time for our food order. One of our party could not eat part of her order as it was rock hard.

7.5/10Lovely food quality, coked to perfection. Service was a little slow, just like being in Greece! The wine was perfectly chilled. All in all, good value for money and we will definitely return when we are next in Gloucester.

7/10Good choice of food, however, the menu is very difficult to navigate. We asked for help but still ended up paying extra rather than taking the set menu deal that we thought we were buying which spoilt an otherwise pleasant experience.

6.5/10lovely music and atmosphere, really jolly environment. Very busy for a Wednesday night. Service could of been quicker. Food was average but good value for money. Not sure I would rush back but it was a pleasant nevertheless.

7.5/10We arrive at 5pm and the restaurant was almost empty, but I guess it's only because is that early. Later people started to arrive! Inside was quite cold, but at least I enjoyed the food! Service was good as well!

3.5/10Really disappointed the food was very bland and the gluten free options very limited I ordered the humous and it didn’t come with any bread. I got told that nothing fried I could have as it wasn’t grantee gluten free why put it on the menu.

4.5/10We waited 15 minutes at least after being seated before we were offered a drinks. We had to ask for service eventually. Floor and window sill was dusty and dirty. Toilets were dirty. Food was cold and some of it overcooked. Overall this was a very disappointing experience.

8.5/10A very nice restaurant, laid out well so you can chat with your friends. Food was very nice and I liked how it was laid out in a sharing style. Only 3 minor downsides, one of the dishes was in the hot meze list but came out cold, the one server was very quiet so hard to hear her and the drink service was a bit slower than the food service which was fine for us as we were not in a rush to leave. Overall a good meal and nice place to go.

9/10The staff were very welcoming and friendly, took the order in good time and checked we were happy with our food. Nice buzz in the restaurant. Food was well presented. Loved the stacked plate presentation and saved space on the table, some of which were cosy so made sense with lots of small plates. Had fun and nice to have a range of dishes. Thanks :-)

6/10Thought we would give this a try, ordered the set meal but found between two was just enough the skewer only had 4 pieces on it....we had to ask for plate's cutlery then again when we had dessert, we did take off the service charge, but would like to have a meal where the staff don't keep apologizing. Just felt they wanted seats filled, ooo and had to ask for more drinks!

3.5/10We were disappointed with The Real Greek, we arrived at 6:50 despite a reservation no table for 6 had been prepared. We had to wait until 7:20 to be served. Ordered our food only 1 starter appeared, then 20mins later 2 more appeared, then 10 mins later our mains arrived. The waitress was not sure which dish was which. The manager to be fair did give give us some "nibbles" while we had to wait for our courses. Look I get that they might have been short staffed, also this branch had not been opened long, but they need to work harder on staff training the staff were no the less polite& as helpfl as theu could. Sadly we will not be returning

3/10Despite booking a table online the restaurant did not have details of our reservation. Service was extremely slow. We waited 20 min to order then a further 30 mins before drinks and first courses arrived. One drink was incorrect and a replacement never arrived so we had to ask again. The food quality was very average. We have visited this restaurant chain in Norwich and it was fantastic so we were exited about having one in Gloucester however we won’t be returning. Very disappointed.

9.5/10Really great food, tasty food, great atmosphere. The only thing was all courses came out together which we wernt aware of, this didnt ruin the evening. Highly recommended and will definitely go again
