customer service great..But water was flooding around out table ,and coming out the ceilings and walls..A inside shower and flooding is not what you want,when you go out for a meal..reastaurant hasn't even apologised after I sent email..extremely disappointing and unacceptable

Food was OK, service OK, but the venue just doesn't feel right. Nothing Greek about it. Open it up a little and play some Greek music, it's meant to be a Greek restaurant!

The Real Greek is ideally situated in shopping area. It looks great and welcoming atmosphere. Fortunately we had looked at menu beforehand so had an idea of what was on offer. The waiter did not give much information. My husband wanted the low alcohol beer but it was out of stock. The starter Hummus was the highlight of the meal it looked good and was very tasty. We had the Meat Platter and found it a bit disappointing compared to previous experiences. I wanted Pistachio ice cream as sweet but this was also out of stock. The chocolate was very good and a generous portion. It was ok but nothing special so probably would not return.

Service was great as normal. There were two of us who had a meatball platter, and on who had a meatball souvlaki. regrettably this time. We were dissapointed as the meatballs were extremely salty. It will not put us off visiting again, as this was probably a one off!

We've eaten at quite a few Real Greek restaurants, but this is by far the best! Huge restaurant compared to some of the others, excellent food and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. 100% recommend it if you're in Liverpool. We'll definitely be back.

Food quality was good, although lamb skewers were tough. Portions are well sized and overall it's good value for money, excellent if you get the Fork discount. Service was warm and generally attentive, although there was a long wait for the bill and then longer for the card machine.

Authentic Greek food which was very delicious. Industry style interior design with some Greek features which looks very modern. Tables are a bit close together. Otherwise a very nice dinner fairly priced which we can absolutely recommend.

Restaurant was busy with a good vibe , Service was attentive ,although I do feel we were rushed abit . Disappointed with food , one meal was sent back as it wasn't cooked , so that ruined our experience. Food overpriced for what you get .

Was provided a Groupon menu and was asked to choose what we wanted. We needed to request flat bread as this and crudités not provided without request. We chose tzatiki, chicken skewer, new potatoes, and greek salad which were tasty. Didnt have dessert.. Was requested if needed any advice on the menu. Wine was good. Good atmosphere and would go again.

After 20 minutes of arrival we finally managed to order. The food was lovely. When presented with the bill we realised we were massively overcharged. One of the male servers made me feel ill by blatantly picking his nose at the service station. We won’t be returning.

Lovely restaurant, first time dining here and the souvlaki wraps are delicious, the halloumi popcorn side dish is so nice and good portion size. I will be going back to try the small plates.

This was our first visit to the Real Greek. The service was good but I would have preferred a little more time to finish our starters. As a consequence we didn’t eat all of it. There was a generous amount of food, probably too much for my liking but that’s not meant as a criticism.
