6/10The wraps weren’t as full as we’ve had in other branches but were tasty. The main let down was the service. The staff were nowhere to be seen a lot of the time despite the restaurant not being busy and didn’t ask how our meal was until we were paying for it. We tried to get the attention of a member of staff for 15 mins to order another side before giving up and approaching the front desk to ask. Overall, the food was fine but not exceptional but the staff made the atmosphere not very friendly or enjoyable. They could improve on their customer service skills.

10/10Great relaxed vibe, excellent service, slice of cake with candle provided for the birthday boy. Two small children catered for. Food was also great.

8.5/10We booked for our daughters birthday. Although we were a bit late because of parking in Southampton, the staff were understanding. The food was lovely, with plenty to choose from. The atmosphere was perfect for us, and being a larger table, we didn't feel cramped or a nuisance. The staff were attentive and polite.

10/10Great service, the food was amazing. My friend and I shared the 8 plate meal. It was delicious. Great choice. The wine was great I went for the cheapest white wine and it was actually very good. The servers were very attentive. Definitely recommend. I will go back. They also take blue light card so with everything and the discount it was pretty fantastic.
