9/10Waiters were patient and polite. Food was good value for money but what made our experience so pleasant was the staff who didn't hurry/hassle us at all.

5/10Food was good but think the portions were slightly overpriced. Total with the discount was ok but wouldn’t have paid full price for what we got. Also, service was not extremely hospitable even though there was only one other table, yet the waiters seemed not take notice of us and we had to wave them every time we needed something

7/10The restaurant was not busy but we were give a small table for 3 people .. really crowded on table when the food arrived .. I had already asked not to be next to the kitchen doorway so really did not want to ask again ! We’ve eaten at a Real Greek restaurant before. and always loved it but menu has changed and is so misleading despite asking the waiter to explain .. it makes it sound as if the dips are included in the Meze choice .. but this is not the case .. it’s all extras .. they should really look at their new menu again as we spent more than we wanted to . The food tasted good .

8/10I’m disappointed that they never added the 50% off at the end of the meal, as offered online, even though I mentioned it and pad thinking it had been taken off, but otherwise it’s great value and good!

It has been a great experience to eat in The Real Greek. The atmosphere was pleasant and the waitress were very welcoming and attentive. I can highly recommend the pork gyro and lamb meatballs with greek yogur for appetizer. Definitely coming back soon!!!!

7.5/10We had good service and enjoyed the food, however when we asked for the bill we were told that our booking hadn't got the 50% offer on it. We spoke with the manager and despite it saying we had the reduction on your website it hadn't confirmed it on theirs. After some discussion we got the reduction but this is something that needs to be looked into

6.5/10Food was ok, some dishes required a bit more seasoning -the chicken thighs in particular, the meatballs were better. Been to one of these previously and enjoyed the food more, not sure if it was just me.

7/10Excellent food and portion size, with 50% The Fork Festival - fantastic restaurant decor and great vibe, with food coming out promptly. All other staff and service was pretty poor though - clearly did not read the booking so ignored dietary indication and had to ask for promotion off bill multiple times. Very slow with the bill, with multiple chasers despite at that time not busy. No welcome on arrival and never came round to ask for more drinks/food.

4/10Service is so slow (and a little unfriendly) and the food is massively overpriced. It’s my least favourite lunch place in the city. I would rather get the food from outside the restaurant in a box and go and eat it at my desk as this is very well priced.

Food was uneven. Of our cold mezzes the fava bean dip was great. The cold aubergine dip was okay but nowhere as good as at Mangal 1 in Dalston where we measure all aubergine dips against. Flat breads for the dips were nice. Of the warm mezze the bulghur pialaf was unpleasant, too wet, and tasteless. Chicken wings were flaccid having been cooked with moist heat, then charred. Lamb skewer was tough and sinewy. The best of the our warm mezzes was the coleslaw underneath the lamb skewer.

10/10I booked for 4 people on Oct. 15, but was not able to use it because my friend booked for 4 people too, The food was very good , considering the price . and the ambience and service was superb too. Looking forward to another dinner in this restaurant .

We had a good dining experience. The food overall was good and the service friendly and efficient. The only downside part were the lamb skewers. It was made of pieces full of nerves and very difficoult to eat. We ordered another one but was the same. Definitely a point to which the management need to look into and improve.

We had to ask for a second round of drinks the dessert menu and then had to ask again for our dessert order to be taken. After asking for the bill we had a long wait before they came with the card machine.

4.5/10I love Greek food. But there’s nothing Greek about the food here. At all. Undressed Greek salad? A meagre single skewer of grilled Ckicken that’s meant to be Greek in any shape or form. The wine is great. Well priced and authentically Greek. The food is just not Greek. It’s like a beginner’s class in cooking. Sorry. It’s so unGreek. I won’t be back.

5.5/10We arrived at 6.15pm and were served quickly and efficiently. However, after our main courses were cleared at around 7.15pm no one came back to our table to offer desserts, coffee or further drinks. We made several attempts to get menus brought over but nothing materialised. I went over to the supervisor at 9.15pm to express concern about this, and he dismissed my feedback rather rudely and didn’t do anything to resolve the situation. Very poor customer care - no apology, no acknowledgment of the poor service we had received. Real shame as the food was lovely, but I doubt we’ll go back to this particular restaurant again.
