9.5/10The food is always great and I love that there are so many vegan options on the menu. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. I keep coming back to The Real Greek.

7.5/10my halloumi was very chewy and my partners skewers were quite burnt but they removed this charge from our order which was very nice of them. was very dark by the windows but turns out they had forgot to turn on the ceiling lights for those tables. My Soulvaki wrap was lovely, and chips very crispy and fresh.

7.5/10The servers had no idea how to use the Fork discount and didn’t let us apply it to all of our meal even though we double checked the meal qualified for the discount before we ordered. We were overcharged and there was nothing we could do about it. Would not go here again

The food was average , and not as hot as I expected It to be , table service was polite and efficient however I wasn't asked if I wanted to leave the extra service charge which was added to my bill

7/10Disappointing Sunday lunch. We have used this branch of The Real Greek before and found it good overall. However, this time around the food was not up to standard. The two Souvlaki's were cold and the chips looked tired and were not good. I had to send back the Moussaka because it was very cold. We were offered another new portion or a refund. We went for the new portion but then were informed that the oven was not working properly and therefore it was not heating properly. In spite of this we were then given the moussaka free of charge. It was insipid and tasted of nothing like it should have done. Is this because they freeze the food to have it ready and then if it cannot be heated it is a problem. Or do they need a new chef?! Saving grace was the Caramel & Pecan Cheesecake and the Chocolate Cake which were excellent. The waitress, Iola, was trying her best in difficult circumstances. It is a huge restaurant at Westfield Shepherd's Bush, but I think they need the staff to be concentrating on a certain number of tables and not whizzing around all over and supervised by someone who is more expert to take charge?

7/10We love the Real Greek - the first half of the meal went fine but when it came to pudding it seemed like no one wanted to wait on us anymore. We spent 30 minutes waiting for someone to take a dessert order. In the end we had to get up and ask one of the staff for the pudding menu and then had to get up again and ask someone to take our order! At the end of the meal we gave up waiting and got up to ask one of the waiters stacking plates for the bill which was then incorrect as 50% had not been deducted (we booked through the fork app). No one seemed to want us to pay so after waiting a while we started putting our coats on and they soon appeared then! We asked that the bill be corrected and the 10% automatic service charge taken off because of the wait and the attitude of a member of staff (Alex) who was the one serving in our area but seemed to be annoyed everytime we asked for something (menu/food/bill). Hope some further training is given. Food though is great.

6.5/10Food is mediocre. Lamb skewer could have been softer. Chicken slovaki pretty tasteless and could be a bit more generous with the chips. Ordered the filo custard pie but could see it was fried from frozen as pastry tough. Only positive thing was the waiter, very attentive.

8/10In all honesty I rarely give 5/5 reviews becsuse it's not often you can give them on all categories, and in this instance the only thing that stopped me this time was the lady that brought our food over. Not happy and a little gruff. This was no reflection on the gentleman who seated us and took our orders. He was very cheerful and polite.
