4.5/10All the food was soaked in oil. Hot mezzes weren't even warm. The food wasn't close to be tasty. I would say the whole place, including food and service was mediocre. We are not going there again.

10/10We were welcomed very warmly by Kasia, she served food very quickly and asked for our opinion. Food was delicious, atmosphere excellent and we really enjoyed it. We recommend this fantastic restaurant to everyone. Worth every penny!

10/10We had the most amazing server. She was so friendly and caring and made our whole experience wonderful. The food was exceptional, I only wish there was one near to where we live as I’d go there all the time!

7.5/10Food lovely, service good when you could get the attention of the staff. Pricing exceptional. Downside was having to have my phone on to light up the table so we could see what we were eating. Until then a lot of my food ended up on the floor. I will definitely be back but only in daylight as I really need to be able to see what I’m doing, especially when it comes to reading the menu. We ordered the sharing platter on the assumption we would like something, as we couldn’t read the menu to select what we really wanted. The platter was good, with the exception of all the fries.

8.5/10Unfortunately, we seemed to arrive at a busy time and waited quite a long time to get any drinks to start with. The staff did warm up a bit though, they had obviously had a bad day. The food, as always, was excellent, just a bit of a shame the start was not what we normally experience at The Real Greek. It has not put us off going again though!!

5.5/10We were really keen to eat at The Real Greek after moving to Windsor in the spring. Having lived in Greece twice we were very pleased to have Greek food on our doorstep however, having now visited we are sorely disappointed… this cannot be described as ‘real’ Greek in any way shape or form as the food was unquestionably unauthentic and instead quite insipid and lacking in flavour or imagination. What we got was an Anglicised/Indian cooked and reheated version of typically greek style food that in some cases had not been reheated fully (the sausage was still cold in the middle). The starters were fine although again not authentic but the best of the bunch of food we tried. This was an expensive meal that was poorly delivered & one we would not be repeating any time soon.

10/10Had a wonderful family meal. So much choice and food was amazing. There was 10 of us so we all shared dishes. Staff were lovely too. Will definitely be back!

7/10Food was good as always but 2 items were unavailable.after our order was taken food came quite quickly but then we waited approx 40 minutes for the plates to be taken and a dessert menu given.several servers went to every table around us but ignored us.we then had to ask for the bill having waited a further 10 minutes.not impressed .there was also a disagreement with waiter going on at the next table.

7.5/10Made the booking on line without problems but needed to go earlier which wasn’t a problem for them. Nice round table for the 3 of us, we ordered drinks which came promptly and food was ordered shortly after. We opted for selections rather than set menu. Our joint starters were quite extensive and here’s where it went wrong, our mains came way before we needed them which filled the space on the table. The food is good apart from getting cool before being ready to eat. The restaurant didn’t look like it was desperate for the table so my only complaint was the speed the food came.

2/10We went with a family of 12 and with some discussion and nearly leaving we where told having booked on fork we would get 50% of mains. We where about to go prezzo 2 for 1 but was told we would get looked after. After £411 of bland food that could easily be replicated from frozen food from iceland they took just £32 if the bill. Not only disgusted with the food and coffee that was drinkable We will all avoid this chain from now on having left a bad taste in more ways than one It’s sad to see chains like this going under often but the lack of trying to make better is the indication of a business that is soon to go under. I see popular branches like muswel hill going and with this poor quality of food and service i can see with the lack of customer satisfaction the end of such a chain

6/10The staff were very helpful and very polite to. Unfortunately the menu was lacking in so many ways. Although it is meze the selection was limited and portions were small at best. We would not recommend it if you are hungry and prefer authentic Greek food.
