10/10The food never ceases to amazing, 5 star quality, always. I love the pork belly with vegetables, scallops & gravy! We were served by a very patient lady :-)

5.5/10I have visited the restaurant a few times with my friends mainly for lunch and have always had a great meal, so was very disappointed when I treated my partner for the first time there and his meal was not up to the usual standard. We both ordered the steak malbec pie which I have had before but his seemed to have very little meat in it. This was mentioned to the waitress who seemed to dis-believe him and was searching for the meat in the pie? This was swapped for fish and chips which he enjoyed. We also had to wait a considerable time for the meal to come out, its a shame and feel it somewhat spoilt the evening which we were looking forward to as its a fabulous location and we are local to the area. We feel we would not be in a rush to return there.

8/10Good food and service. Perhaps look at the menu and offer lower calorie choices..say a plain wholesome burger instead of a dirty burger!!

7/10lovely setting. friendly staff. my Sea Bass was very tasty and a good portion for the price. My husband had the rotisserie chicken, with chips. didn't realise if he wanted veg or anything to go with it he had to choice a side order at extra cost. So chicken and chips for £17.95 was in my opinion overpriced and looked very unappetising on the plate.

10/10Fantastic restaurant on the water. We ate in the bar as we had our dog with us and they were so friendly - even providing plush dog beds! Food was fab and well priced and service was quick. We ate in 3 restaurants over the weekend in the area and it was easily the best!

9.5/10This is not the first time we have dined here and enjoyed it both times. The waitresses were very friendly and attentive.The food was delicious and well presented. The first time we came it was very busy and this time not very at all so it felt a bit lacking in atmosphere. We had a great table by the window but found we could not see out very well as the structure of the windows were such that, while sitting, the divider between the upper and lower windows was just where you would look out and unfortunately blocked the riverside view. However, a very pleasant visit.

6.5/10A large and busy restaurant, staff a bit too rushed, didn’t get the water for the table as asked and also had to ask for the bill twice. The good was very good but the acoustics were poor, it was overly noisy, so much so we didn’t linger, a shame.

7.5/10Beautiful setting but seemed overwhelmed by what seemed an average level of customers at the same time. Waiting staff could do with upping customer service levels too. Food was ok, certainly other spots locally with tastier food.
