7/10Unfortunately the Rooftop food and service degraded over time. We had steak and broccoli which did not taste nice at all. Appetisers were served after the main. Deserts were very basic. Wine didn’t come at all. We had to ask for it again. I really hope you can improve first of all the food quality, you used to have a long cocktail list. The servers were also quite overwhelmed with orders. I hope to be able to return to a much better experience. Thank you! Daniela

10/10Our waitress, a young Italian lady was outstanding, very knowledgeable about what to suggest for drinks, also about the food, very kind, funny, and on top of it. Highly recommended, of course the views were also outstanding.

6/10We went here for our anniversary and requested a nice table as we were celebrating. They did the reverse, putting us in a back room, tucked into a corner, facing a curtain! We understood it was busy so asked the meeter and greeter if they would let us know if a better table came up. Over a period of an hour, we saw tables being vacated and asked if we could move, but were repeatedly told no for various spurious reasons. In the end, we complained to the supervisor, who gave us dessert and champagne, which was lovely and the food was really nice, but it spoilt our evening. Even in the last half hour we were there, we could see tables free on the terrace. Shame, but it’s unlikely we’ll go back.

3/10Good spot for a drink with a nice view if you access to the terrace. But do not recommend for dinner. Very expensive for small and not exceptional plates.

8/10We were there for our 5 year anniversary,we chose this restaurant because it special for us.We was a bit late but he ladies on reception was very attended and nice. The view it perfect We order our starters wich taste great, fresh , and nice presentation, but we was disappointed with the seabass as we thought salsa verde means a sos and we had a little rocket salad, the seabass didn't taste amazing and the price of 28 pounds didn't deserve it. Was 2 waitresses around but look like we was ignored and we need it to call them all time. The most disappointed time was when we had a very special moment and one af the waitresses came and interrupted with the bill as they have another reservation on our sit.

10/10Really really great service from all of them, from the entering in the lift till the end of service. Wide selection of wine and very tasty food just added a bonus to already ongoing good viber over the night.

8/10Small plates were really tasty but really small. The cheese platter and the meal platter were below average. Their staff is amazing! Attentive, polite, nice and fast!

5/10Service was extremely slow. Had to get the attention of staff on several occasions to place orders. Forgot to bring blankets. Chose to sit inside as it was quite windy on the rooftop, however, the windows were then opened indoors despite everyone shivering in blankets inside.

6/10A great location and lovely view. Music at a nice level and heaters and blankets available. I was disappointed with the food, maybe I chose the wrong options. Would returns for sunset drinks.

8.5/10Central location off Trafalgar Square. View only seen from the bar side but not from the inside restaurant. Food is okay and service is good too. No other surprise and sure will go again.

10/10This restaurant has an excellent location, the service was great and overall value was very good. . Would definitely recommend- ideal for pre-show meal for the west end.

8.5/10Nice starters (duck, cheese Board, fried squid), and very good desserts (cheesecake and Paris-brest) but main course (beef brisket) was not of my type… anyway nice place with good views - if weather is right (and it was).

3.5/10Location outstanding! But the service and food really bad. I can not believe that there are restaurant where you can eat so badly. Besides after 9.30 many of them came every 15 minutes to tell us the kitchen was closing, the bar was closing and so on and so far. Very rude and disorganized. And they brought out dessert while we were still eating the main course. Just ridiculous. But the Italian assistant manager was very nice and also the Indian guy who served us.
