10/10We always enjoy a great roast here, better than all the rest of them around here including The Crown. Excellent VFM as well.

9.5/10Great service even during the busy Father's Day rush. Roasts were incredible and was happy to see a separate veggie roast on the menu! The vegetables were cooked perfectly (not too soft and not raw which is the case in most other pubs). Staff were friendly and great with kids.

7.5/10Food was great but service was incredibly slow as they clearly forgot to place the order for our starters and as a result the mains were only like warm. No apology and still added the 12.5% service charge.

9/10Lovely pub fires a bonus on a cold, miserable day. The food was excellent. We had the Christmas lunch. Staff very attentive and helpful. The only small grip we had was one of our party had cheese and biscuits, bt the biscuits were soft not crispy like cheese biscuits should be, so we asked for a few more in the hope they would be different, sadly they were the same. So we brought it to the attention of the manager. Who dealt with it immediately by going into the kitchen to ask the chef about the biscuits and brought us some fresh biscuits and apologised. But on the whole a fantastic pub and look forward to going back.

3.5/10Five people squeezed onto a table for 4 left us uncomfortable. Asked to be moved to a bigger table that was free but we're told we couldn't sit there despite it being free the duration of tue time we were there Couldn't wait to leave. The roast was really fatty. Just a bad experience altogether. They're focused on profit rather than customer experience unfortunately.

7.5/10A very warm welcome from the bar staff, had a meal in the restaurant. Nice position, waiter good, read order back which was correct however the kitchen made a mistake on one of our meals. Rugby day so was very busy, accepted & didn’t return the meal.

7/10They lost our order in the kitchen, apparently, so after waiting for about 25mins, they brought our mains, when we didn't have our starters ,that we had ordered yet !! I've asked for the starters first ,as per our order and also asked them to prepare fresh food for our mains as they won't serve us fir at least 30mins!!! I don't think they did!! The quality of the food wasnt that good at all!! I was expecting a good will gesture, after the mess up , in a form of a discount, but full bill was charged and the service was also included in the bill . Very dissapointing !! Unfortunately it is proving to be a hit and miss with the food and the service in the Royal Oak Pub in Isleworth!! Very sad and disappointing!! Not sure we will go back in a hurry !!
