Absolutely lovely the cosy velvet boothes, made it feel like you had your own private area and easy to chat to friends & family. The food is always cooked really well, so delicious…. & they make the best pina colada’s ! Also, the staff are so nice & friendly, Highly recommend.

I really like the layout of the restaurant, as you can chat easily with your friends, without being defended by noise from other tables. There is no music playing either. It's location is great too, being next to Victoria station. The staff are very professional and the food is delicious and reasonably priced.

Lovely greeting and waiter. Wrong drink brought. Main course brought up whilst still having starter! Greens served with chilli water or taste of chilli despite informing them of an allergy. But they redeemed themselves by bringing and delivering a wonderful birthday surprise for my sister. An ok experience!

Beautiful venue and great location right next to Victoria Rail station. Service was very slow and it took quite some time from ordering cocktails to actually receiving them. They were very good once we got them. Most of our party chose from the Ping ping menu and all of the food came at the same time. Some food was very hot and other items were lukewarm. Overall food was ok. Staff were friendly but service was inconsistent.

Second time I’ve been here with a group of friends on my birthday and I love it! Great choice on the menu . Everyone was delighted with their food. Waiters were truly wonderful. Quiet enough for us to all hear each other. Cannot recommend highly enough!

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. She had the chicken burger and I had a plant-based one which comes with fries and roast veg. Absolutely delicious. Lovely atmosphere and wonderful service too. Excellent coffee also.
