5/10The food was really nice but service was completely lacking. The tatty old paper menu does not match up with their ordering app, a lot of the food and drink we wanted to order was no longer available and the wrong food arrived to our table several times. Food also arrives in dribs and drabs. There was no proper introduction to what is an unusual service arrangement and serving staff are nowhere to be seen to ask questions. The table is poorly equipped with no napkins or glasses for their canned drinks and we found ourselves either sharing equipment for cooking and serving, or walking out the back to find help. The dining room was also quite cold, several diners resorted to wearing their coat. Hilarious comment added on ordering app from the owners explaining their right to introduce of a new service charge in response to "outrageous" reviews on their service. Sorry SOJU your service IS terrible. We were not thanked for our custom.

10/10We celebrated my husband's birthday today and we were treated exceptionally! Such a friendly customer service and the little birthday gesture 4 little cakes with a candle was superb. We will see you again. Thank you 감사합니다

8.5/10Cute homey place. Tried the tteokboki, more vegetable than rice cakes but other food, Korean pancakes and spicy chicken was really good. Would recommend this place for a cosy vibe!

10/10Great food! We have been coming for a couple of years now and the new menu additions are lovely. It was a delicious meal; we especially enjoyed the new spicy dumplings!

6/10Service needs improving like so many people are saying it !! Improve your service and the quality of your food too! Most meals for the bbq food is bland. Waiter was nice but didn’t really understand what I was saying . Anyways been here couple times so I know what to get to leave with a satisfied stomach but this time I been toilet whole night after eating there today.

10/10The food, the service and the speed at which we were served all 10/10! Definitely regular visit type restaurant. Absolutely amazing. Loved the flavour of the beef strips. Ate too much; couldn’t stop myself from absolutely stuffing my face. Banger!

10/10i walked past this restaurant and the smell, together with a recommendation from a local, made me want to go back. The staff were welcoming and extremely patient with my friend, who kept leaning on the table's buzzer! Food was delicious, and was different cooking our own food in a restaurant. Overall. wish I'd ordered more of the chicken dumplings: delicious!

5/10Despite booking we ended up sat in a room next to the main restaurant. We were the only people in there for the majority of our meal. I had to ask for some music to be put on to give any kind of ambiance. You are encouraged to order everything over an app and you have to pay as you go, no option to first order drinks, then mains then puddings. All our food came at once despite ordering starters which we expected to arrive ahead of our mains. A 12.5% service charge is added to all orders including drinks. I wouldn't mind usually but the fact you place the order yourself makes the waiting staffs' job easier and so less need for a service charge. I also prefer to pay a tip once I have been served and therefore to know the service is deserving of a tip. By ordering via the app you had to pay the tip. Food was good quality and tasty. Waitress was okay.

9.5/10Some of the best food I’ve had! Quick service too. The only thing that would have improved it would have been to be told a bit more information when we arrived as we were new to the restaurant, e.g. what the hot plate is, which meals use it - it was quite hands off and we would have benefited from a bit of an intro. I appreciate they are very busy though, and the food was delicious!
