10/10My friend and i were greeted by friendly staff, bright and cheerful. We were served promptly. Food was very good and the starter i had was so delicious and main came out how i like it... hot and tasty. My friend also commented on how nice the food was, she hadn't been for years and was very impressed. The place was packed out which speaks volumes and we will being going again. So thank you to your staff and compliments to the chef, excellent.

7/10Everything was ok until we came to pay the bill. The restaurant new nothing about the discount off the meal, they had not being informed at at all about it.This was a bit embarrassing to say the least. The manager was good enough to honour the offer, but i think for the fork to offer these things and not inform the restaurant they are participating is way out of order.

10/10I can not tell you how good this restaurant is you have to see for yourself, service and food excellent and definitely going again and again, they looked us so well for my mums birthday. Big thumbs up for them

9.5/10Overall experience extremely positive, warm welcome by the staff and the food was very good. The pub was very busy on that occasion and the food took a little too long to be brought at the table, especially the pudding

10/10Came to the spread eagle for a joint family birthday meal. The service from start to finish was exceptional and very welcoming. The food was amazing and very prompt. Lovely cozy atmosphere and beautifully decorated. Can’t fault a single part of our visit. Thanks you to the lovely staff for such a great experience.

10/10The service was excellent. The food was very good - our Malaysian friends spoke highly of the authenticity of the Penang vegetable curry. The place was busy but our waiting time was acceptable and the food was piping hot when it arrived. I would highly recommend!

7.3/10Took friends to dine as we frequently use the Spread Eagle. After placing our 4 orders, we had drinks and sat down. The waitress then came over and told us that NONE of the dishes we had ordered were available an d could we please choose different meals. Surely we SHOULD have been warned, when handed the menu's which items were not available?? The food was, as usual, very good.
