10/10Not your average pub. Ambience, service and food were superb! Had the chicken and roast beef Sunday dinners. The portions are very large and all ingredients were fresh and delicious. The bread butter pudding topped off the decadent meal!

10/10As always we enjoyed our meal at The Stablehand, especially as they cheerfully accept Yums and don’t make you feel awkward about using them. The waiting staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful, and they all seem to have a good rapport with one another. We were served by a few members of the team, but Elicia in particular took time to talk to us and we would hope she is rewarded for going the extra mile. Thank you, hope to see you again soon.

4/10Friendly service, nice people. But the food. What the hell. It's awful! The roast chicken salad was a very old tasting chicken breast sitting on a few limp bits of lettuce. The seasonal veg with the fish pie had clearly been sitting in the kitchen all day. I just can't wrap my head around you can serve such poor quality food in 2023

10/10Excellent service and very friendly fly and helpful staff. We had a light lunch which was delicious and fresh but will definitely return for the Sunday roast which looked fantastic .

7/10Lovely atmosphere and very attentive staff. Fabulous and surprisingly quiet part of London for a Friday evening meal. Good pint of IPA and reasonable rose wine. Fish and chips were good, but bubble and squeak was not fully warmed through.

10/10As ever, we have a marvellous Sunday lunch at the Stablehand. It really cannot be beaten. Fantastic food, great service and lovely surroundings. Highly recommended.
