This isn't really a restaurant, which I didn't realise when I booked - it's a takeaway with a few tables. Luckily a family were leaving as we arrived, otherwise I have no idea how they would have been able to honour our booking as there weren't reserved tables. There are also no toilets there. When we ordered, we were then told we couldn't order certain items using the promotion we had booked, despite that not being in the Ts and C's. The food was tasty and clearly fresh, so I can't fault the food itself but it wouldn't be a place I went to sit and dine again. I would also recommend to the place that a) their chefs aren't openly chewing gum as they work, B) they use a spray to clean tables rather than just wiping with some blue towel!

7/10No toilets, order at the till. It's more a take away than restaurant. Food was not bad, but been to other sushi Co such as Camden which is much more diner friendly. Here you are served in takeaway containers eating in, Camden you're served with real plates, and they have a loo!

5/10They don’t give you paper cups, so not possible to have tap water (which by law can’t be refused). They force you to pay 3£ for a bottle of water. Sushi is nice. Baos are also nice.

3.5/10Poor service. Over priced sushi for a small corner sushi cafe like restaurant. No bathroom. Food took ages to come. No water. Feels like you are at a school canteen

6/10The food was very good. We were however told that the desserts don't qualify for the 50% offer, which was not clear on the Fork App and different from other Fork offers where its only set menus and drinks that dont qualify. Also there are no toilets at this location, I think this should be made clear for people to see before booking.

6/10They claimed I didn’t have a reservation until I showed them my confirmation email, and were not willing to believe that I had a 50% discount. They nearly overcharged me twice and the only reason I paid the right amount was because I insisted that they were trying to make me pay too much.

The food was nice however, there was a little dispute on my 30% offer with Fork that it didn’t include drinks and set menu which I didn’t order. The sushi co said it also didn’t include platters but then afterwards gave us the discount as the fork didn’t highlight this. Also on the receipt it said that the discount also doesn’t include desserts which didn’t state on the fork discount. Luckily we didn’t order any.

Didn’t realise it’s more a fast food joint after travelling a distance no toilet in the venue had to eat quickly and find one. Didn’t get my 30% offer either tables not cleaned either one of the worst on the Fork tbh

4/10I was offered a menu with one set of prices and charged different prices. One dish, for example, was advertised at £10.49 but I was charged £12.49, a 20% increase. When I flagged this to the server he just said I was given an old menu, he didn’t apologise, remove the old menu or offer me anything for the inconvenience his mistake caused .

6.5/10This is advertised as a nice restaurant but is more like a fast food service counter. The Wimbledon branch is much nicer! Also, the restaurant is a 20 minute walk from Canary Wharf, it's misleading to say its a Canary Wharf restaurant.

6/10Staff is nice and food is not bad at all for the price paid. However, this is not a proper restaurant, but rather it is a take away shop with a few benches and chairs at the front. You can think of it as a bit like the typical fried chicken shops around London. I feel like this is something that you would expect to see on UBER EATS or Deliveroo rather than on The Fork. During the time I was eating there were at least 5 to 6 delivery drivers from various apps such as those mentioned earlier coming in and out of the shop to pick up the deliveries. There is no "table service" whatsoever, you just get called to pick it up from the til once it is ready and your food is given to you in take away boxes with disposable cutlery anyway.

Sushi & co was a nice experience overall, the service was average, food seemed good quality and since we used the Fork it was good price, it was more like a take away place so not ideal to sit in, however I had a great experience and would recommend.

The chicken gyozas were quite bland but the chicken katsu curry was delicious. I wouldn’t pay full price for what we got so glad we got the discount.
