10/10Really interesting spot, and the food was amazing. Me and my wife are very particular about sushi quality and this was top quality. The service was very friendly and food and the restaurant was nice and quiet as we went at night.

4.5/10Was told that the sushi platters weren't included in fork discount (even though they're on the online menu). Food then took 45 minutes to come to the table. Poke bowl was okay but the gyoza and octopus balls I had as a side did not taste fresh at all.

2.5/10I have never given a score below six on this platform. This really is the worst dinning experience that I have had since joining The Fork some five years ago. Firstly, the food was awful. I have had sushi for many many years. I lived in Japan for two of them. Whilst obviously I would not expect the standard of this place to be like anywhere in Japan, it does not even make the list for an OK place in London. I did not order much, about four types of sushi and the chicken yakitori. While the filling of the sushi was largely of good quality, the rice was abysmal. Hard and overly sweetened with vinegar, it was the worst I have ever had (including Itsu and Wasabi at the end of the day). I had mentioned it to the staff and they told me that is how they make it. The yakitori arrived with chicken completely flavourless except the awful amount of sauce drenched on top. There was so much sauce that it completely covered the skewers and was so slippery that it was a whole struggle to even hold in between fingers. Service was not great. Not because the server was not nice - I think she was trying - but because of her unprofessional behaviour. I had to call her three times to order, even though I was the only customer in the store and there were three staffs. When she arrived I ordered some of the a la carte combos and was told they are not discounted with the Fork, which was not specified on the restaurant page. I ordered a few other things and she told me that it would not be enough food. After I said that it's fine she insisted that I should order more. I told her nicely that I am fine and then she left. When serving the food a little later she asked me again whether I wanted to order more, that was before I had even had a bite and I said no again. When I had finished my food and was perfectly OK with the amount (especially considering that it was not tasty), she came and asked me whether I wanted to order anything else! I told her jus the check and then she gave up. Maybe she wanted to sell more plates or maybe she just cared - either way, a strange and uncomfortable experience. Ambience of the place was abysmal. It is like an underground diner with bright, cold florescent light and cheap plastic decorations. Some of the condiment bottles were very dirty, clearly no one cleaned up the handle or nozzle in a while. As I have said, I was the ONLY table at 7:00 on Friday - completely dead atmosphere. Definitely not recommend.

8/10Strangely, the branch had a discount offer which was cheaper than The Fork's 30% off so I actually ended up paying more which was annoying. Food quality was good and the restaurant had a nice and simple seating area.

5/10The service was poor, the waitress messed up our order. We ordered one thing, but they brought something else. We reserved through The Fork app expecting a 50% discount, but the waiter didn't inform us that the sushi sets were not eligible for the discount. Left with a disappointing experience from the establishment.
