food was outstanding! Service was a little slow.. the staff are super friendly but I think they're under staffed.. there was only 2 other tables in use, and took more than 15 minutes to get our drinks. The ambiance was ruined everytime a delivery driver came in and left the door wide open.. it was 8°C! this is easily resolved if they install a door closer arm on the front door... like every other restaurant in the known universe. come on guys, it's not 1964, sort it out!

The food was great as always, but the service always takes ages to get to your order and the restaurant door remains open due to the delivery order drivers - what makes the whole ambience very cold and hard to enjoy the food.

Everything was fine it was just a real shame that the sushi tasted weird to me. I can’t put my finger on exactly what it was but it didn’t taste like any other sushi I’d had before and it wasn’t a pleasant taste, so I felt really disappointed. Sushi is normally my fave

Brilliant restaurant, clean and good service. The poke bowl, sushi and teriyaki with rice is good in my opinion. Not so for the ramen, perhaps they just started doing ramen hence haven’t quite get the right way to do it. Hopefully later will be better! Overall 10/10

Very nice food. I just didn’t like the baos at all. We got katsu chicken bao and the prawn bao. Both in which the sauces were too sour and just not right. It was very nice of them to ammend this. Also the prawn tasted too bitter. Like when the oil is being used over and over the bitterness comes onto the food. I felt this on prawn sushi and prawn bao. Other than that. We tried so many sushis it was amazing! Waitresses very nice too.

We keep coming back because the sushi is good, but the service is very inattentive and low. We always have to remind the staff about something, just a little more care would make it a much more pleasant experience. Always the door is always open and it gets so cold in there, we usually have to go and close it because delivery drivers leave it open. Also the soy sauce tasted super off. Rest of the food great.

Always a pleasurable experience dining here. Price is reasonable for the quantity. and quality especially with the Fork Festival discount. Suggestions for improvement: Chicken Karage batter was a bit too thick, and to always serve a spoon with the Poke style bowls. Service was excellent. We will visit again.
