5.5/10It was imperative that food served to one member of the party was gluten free and we stated this. The choices for gluten free was limited. Non gluten & gluten containing food was served on the same plate with a warning not to eat one side! We waited for a long time for drinks and even longer for food. The wait was exasperated as the restaurant seating had an open frontage and in November it was chilly. We also needed to chase two dishes. A special meal deal advertised on posters did not noted that it was only Monday to Friday and we discovered this only after it was ordered. They did however honor the meal deal. The experience was dismal due to kitchen errors, the food however was tasty and the waiter was very pleasant.

9.5/10At the first I was little bit disappointed, nothing like Japanese restaurant, the ambiance was like fast food. But the staff and food changed everything and we had a very satisfied evening. Thank you!

The sushi was great, a bit out of budget with the full price, but we were lucky to find this with the Fork! The salmon/tuna/eel were fresh, just one thing with the sushi rice- it didn't really taste like sushi rice! Instead I would say it's rather glutinous rice 😅 But overall I can't rant too much with the price ;)

4.5/10It's definitely more of a takeaway joint than a restaurant, although the service was friendly and nice. Food was what you'd expect from a casual, not very authentic sushi takeaway, so no surprises. However, I definitely wouldn't have gone if it wasn't 50% off.

7.5/10Food is great, as in all the other stores we visited around London, but the waiting time was way too long - we waited 20 mins before someone came to take our order, and there were only 3 more tables. This could have been a 10 if there was more staff available, cause the only working waitress was nice and attentive with us. One more major issue - there is no toilette available.

Delicious sushi at a very reasonable price! The menu is extensive and has all types of sushi! There’s something for everyone! There are many veggie options too. The sushi tasted fresh and soft too. Also the portion sizes were very good. The service here was great, our server was super attentive. If you’re looking for a local, reasonably priced sushi place, then this chain is for you!

Went here for dinner good sushi & friendly service. Shout out to Akram the chef! Only issues were no toilets available in the venue and it was cold inside for some reason they had the AC on when outside temperatures were 10C

Had the spicy tuna uramaki, California Crunch, Octopus Balls and Ebi Gyoza (prawn). All excellent except the Octopus Balls were a bit bland. We shared a main of Ebi Katsu which was good but only 3 prawns, I think 4 would have been better. Overall good quality and if using the 50% off deal, it's great!

3.5/10Unfortunately this time the experience ( service and food) was bad No table service at all, they did not even bring the drinks / sauces etc They missed an item while ordering so our friend did not have his dish . The rice in uramaki was warm , the prawn tempura was not great, the oil used to fried had a bad taste . disappointing
