waitress didn't have a clue, the food was so little to male up for there discount also it was a very small menu, we had to pick from 5 dishes only

Given that we were the only ones in the restaurant, we waited about 5 minutes just to get the menu. Then we waited another 15 minutes for the waiter to come (I had to wander around the restaurant looking for a staff member to take our order). After they brought the food, no one came back to check on us until I had to go and find someone again to ask for the bill. A 12.5% service charge was automatically added to the entire order. The staff was not happy about our visit and became even less welcoming when they realized we were there on a special offer. Very strange place, not recommended.

Food was amazing we had the steak and it was very tender and juicy mashed potatoes were excellent, sticky toffee pudding was amazing the best we have ever had. The service was a little slow could be due to staff being by her self

2nd time visiting as we enjoyed the first time. Food was good. Tried chicken this time and a different dessert. Sticky toffee pudding was absolutely lovely.

We were warmly greeted by a charming Lady from Brazil, Raquel, whose service was exceptionally professional & polite. Mr Nixon the duty manager introduced himself & was most attentive. The food was freshly prepared, cooked perfectly & tasted delicious. The restaurant is clean, bright, the furniture is immaculately maintained & the tables are spacious. Well worth eating here, we shall return.

Very average food balancing on a very thin line of just being bad… Do not expect any fireworks in this establishment, the only purpose of the food served here is to fill a belly. The service is quite slow, but the venue is beautiful to spend time in. I would definitely recommend staying away from the pizza but the smoked salmon was quite tasty. Considering the discount, I didn’t mind the meal being average, but if I paid full price I’d be very offended.

Sad, but we were even not seated. Eventually they didn’t want to sit us even base on the booking BUT the food provided theewas just a shared dining table, which is not acceptable in a restaurant booking type of place. I was assuming I was booking a table in a restaurant to eat normally and celebrate Christmas with my special one. However, it ended up with no dinner and no pleasure at all. Sadly it ruined my Christmas as the only nice evening this year. Super sad and angry. Disappointed to use your service Thanks and I wish you had a better time that us. Good luck !
