Lovely staff were friendly, welcoming, very responsive, and quick. The food was excellent and the atmosphere lovely. It was a great place for a Sunday lunch.

We decided to book a late lunch/early dinner at this restaurant. We had to wait 30 minutes for our table. The waiter was slow to take our order and we were told we had to order from the set menu, although there was no mention of set menu on The Fork. Only one vegetarian option for the main meal from the set menu, which is disappointing but we were able to order an alternative vegetarian meal. The food did not arrive until an hour after we had sat down so a total of 90 minutes for our food. Dessert was also slow to arrive. The bill was inaccurate as it didn’t include the discounted price for the set menu that they told we had to order from. This did get resolved and we left 3 hours after we first arrived which was far too long as most of the time was spent waiting. The service needs to improve so there is less waiting and tables can be ready on time.

Nice pub/restaurant. I would say it was under staffed, although the two people working were very pleasant. Had fish and chips - chips were gorgeous but fish overcooked, which spoilt the lunch somewhat. Fed up with loud music as it is difficult to have a conversation.

After a long period of absence, I returned to The Three Horses for a working lunch with a professional colleague today. My colleague was delayed on M1 due to roadworks/accident. Yet the staff were very supportive and helpful, especially Mel who attended our table. The quality of the food was good and the ambience has improved since the upgrading of the building. I will certainly return The Three Horses in the future.
