2/10I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Tiffany Blue Box. I booked a reservation through The Fork, which clearly advertised a 30% discount for the selected date and time. However, upon arrival, the manager flat-out refused to honor the discount. Despite my booking confirmation clearly showing the discount, the manager claimed they do not offer any such discounts and were unaware of the promotion on The Fork. This situation felt fraudulent and utterly disrespectful to me as a customer. If Tiffany Blue Box partners with booking platforms like The Fork, they should be fully aware of the promotions being advertised and honor them. The manager's dismissive attitude and refusal to acknowledge the issue left a very bad impression. I expected much better from an establishment with their reputation. I urge Tiffany Blue Box to address this discrepancy and ensure such issues do not happen agai

5.5/10Not the experience we thought it would be, at £69pp and service charge didn’t match others in that price bracket. They called a few days before and I gave a dietary they said it didn’t affect anything so I did Bring up again and 3 out of 4 sandwiches had what we couldn’t have. But sandwiches had been pre made and out a fridge so nothing special and cold and hard. Scones nice but on cream and jam for 2 out of 6 we had due to 3 of us. Cakes lovely. So over priced and not as good as Harrods tea room or the ritz ! Do not recommend

7/10Table was cramped, very little space between tables. One could not converse freely without overhearing the conversation beside you. Food was mediocre, not worth the price. But service is beyond topnotch

10/10Went for my daughters 13th birthday for an afternoon tea, had a great time. Service was excellent throughout and food was plentiful. Huge selection of teas and the sandwiches and cakes were amazing!!!

4.5/10What this place doesnt tell you is that you must order afternoon tea which is £78pp! We were horrified as a party of 4 we just wanted cake and coffee/soft drinks. We were told this isnt allowed. I said this is unbelievable as it is advertised as a cafe and not an afternoon tea expereince.

10/10We were welcomed by the lovely Amy who was super attentive and throughout the service made sure our cups were always full of delicious tea. The food was excellent, the quality was very high and we were able to get refills any time we desired. The restaurant was spectacular and Covid-safe. It was a great experience, I highly recommend it!

10/10Birthday treat. Wanted to do this in Tiffany's New York but couldn't get a reservation. When I saw London had one now, wanted to try out. Not disappointed beautiful little place, excellent service from staff we had a delicious afternoon tea seriously struggled to eat it all, so they gave us a little box for the left over scones. So worth the experience.
