Service by the waiter and waitress was friendly, polite and courteous. Food was hot and tasty. Ambience was busy for January which is a good sign. Will definately return.

This is such a great place to eat. The food is excellent and the service is absolutely brilliant. Location adds to the brilliance. Slightly more ‘snack’ like food at lunchtime would be welcome, but realise this may not fit with restaurant objectives.

The food was really great but would say that the prices on line are wrong example the seafood platter said £15.50 but when igot there the menu said £19.50. Lotof difference . On line prices need to be changed. Lovely restaurant and staff were great. Food very tasty too.

Great staff and good , reasonably priced food. Ambience was ok but we were seated in range of a draft from the open front door. But this was closed promptly when we asked. I suppose somebody has to sit there, but maybe fill other tables first. We don't want to pay cheap prices and be disappointed, so this place is ideal representing good value, well presented food served by staff keen to ensure that we return. We have been visiting here for some years. The Two Lifeboats has always been part of our Sheringham visit, It was great to see it busy and thriving. Customers are voting with their feet.

I felt that £16.50 for 2 slices of cold ham with 2 fried eggs and chips was excessive !! Service was poor and when served a coffee it scolded my mouth it was so hot served with a sml jug of hot milk that I couldn’t pick up unless with a serviette as that too was scolding. I have been in a number of occasion, but unfortunately this last bust was my last .

Booked a table online but arrived early and table was waiting and seated immediately. The guy that greeted us was friendly and fun and went the extra yard by joking with kids and offering to take a family photo for my birthday. Food was great too. Not the first time been there but already looking forward to our next visit.

I had a very chilled dining experience at The Two Lifeboats! As a person dining alone, it can be a bit "hit and miss" however, I was pleasantly surprised, and felt very comfortable at my table. Your "front of house" waiter was very welcoming. I had an aperitif while waiting for the main course, and had requested to try the guest ale with the main course. For whatever reason, the guest ale didn't appear, so I requested a glass of wine to accompany the food. I did have to ask two different waiters for the glass of wine. That is not a criticism. Overall, I had a lovely evening at a superb location, and so close to the sea! A fabulous draw!

We both had Lasagne. It came with a side salad and garlic bread. The lasagne was piping hot and very tasty.. the salad was of good quality and was fresh and of good quality. Not your usual salad dished up by some eateries. Service was prompt and friendly. Would recommend this restaurant.
