9/10We hadn't been to the White Hart for sometime and I am pleased to say it was better than I remembered. The pub has the tradition and the history as being the favoured 'watering hole' of the 'few' based at Biggin Hill. It has a nice ambiance and a spacious eating area with little alcove eating areas. The food was excellent and the menu imaginative. We will definitely return!

9.5/10The food and service were extremely good although the timings from the kitchen were disjointed and food arrived at different times. Examples are two children’s meals were asked to be brought out with starters only one arrived and we had to ask for the second one which arrived late. The main course was served and a side of halloumi was missing and again we had to ask for them. The missing child’s meal was delivered a second time although no longer required. The dessert course arrived without the two children’s order of ice cream and were advised that they had to defrost it.The server was very good at apologising and chasing up the kitchen which is where the problem seemed to be.Overall the quality of their food was very good it was just the delays that were disappointing.

10/10Love this pub , excellent food and service They need to make more of its history though - there should be a proper history of its connection with the Battle of Britain at the entrance as there used to be

7.5/10We had a lovely lunch and staff were excellent- I was just a bit disappointed that the 'Artesian sourdough' did not resemble a genuine sourdough- perhaps it should be relabelled!!

5.5/10Visit here at least three times a year and normally very good. Food this time disappointing. Stodgy, dry risotto and over cooked dry sea bass. However, the restaurant came good and reduced the price by 50 pc.

9.5/10Good choice of food on the menu - we all had something different and we all thought the food was tasty and excellent. The waitress was delightful. We sat in the conservatory area, which is possibly a bit noisier than the rest of the restaurant because of the hard surfaces but all fine.

7.5/10Have been coming here for several years and now some of the furniture and carpets need a major over hall. Sunday roasts were excellent but I had the plaice (special) and was very disappointed.

5.5/10Meat pie with more pastry than meat! Pork belly just about adequate, small portion. Really poor and over priced. Waitress was pleasant. Will not be going back in the near future.

4/10I booked a table for 2 at 1pm but when we arrived we were told there was no booking in my name which is odd as I received an email first thing on Sunday morning asking me to confirm my booking which I did, I was asked who I spoke to to book the table when I said I booked on line I was told that the on line booking system is not working - we were however, found a table. The food was cold and had to go back to be reheated - I think it was served on cold plates. The beef was very rare and was so chewy I couldn't eat it. My wife had chicken which was nice but her Yorkshire pudding was cold. We have eaten here many times before and it is usually very good

10/10The only problem was that they couldn't find our Fork booking although I had an email confirming it. They had to make up a special table for us as they were full up.

7/10Great improvement from our last visit. The only thing which surprised me was our £65 bottle of wine was just plonked in front of us! All be it in a ice bucket. But no offer to taste or pour the wine.

8.5/10Our dinner went well, we really enjoyed our evening in the rustic restaurant and quiet Sunday evening. The service was as expected from the pub / restaurant setting, though I was disappointed that my wife could not get her chosen cod fish and chips as the waitress said they have run out of fish! That put a bit of blemish to otherwise a good meal. The roast meal which we ordered were deliciously prepared, ooze with gravy and piping hot, furthermore the portion size was generous, so that was very welcoming as we have prepared ourselves since early for a sumptuous meal. While the ambience was equally welcoming, we were seated by the window that has a bit of cold drought. And just behind where my wife sat, there was a water leakage from the ceiling which appeared to have a temporary solution with a bucket. Not what I have expected but better this than a wet puddle on the floor. Ohh the seating cushion must have taken a bit of beating as the cover had started to peel off rather horribly. It was not the best sight but it you can look past that, the overall experience was above average. I do hope the management will take drastic measure to fix the leak and re-condition the sofa to make it even more inviting before the festive season kick in. First timer from Biggin Hill

9.5/10Our server Molly was great, attentive, informative and nothing too much trouble. Molly is an asset. The food was excellent, couldn’t find fault, ( I had the belly pork.) the conservative as could be expected was slightly chilly, With winter setting in , it would have been nice to have some low, subtle background music. Fell down heavily when asked for some black pepper and was brought a cardboard container of white pepper, which turned out was empty☹️ We visit many eating establishments and all have salt and pepper grinders, covid is no excuse. All in all a great place for food and would definitely return. I’ll bring my own black pepper next time, We were a party of four and all the food was excellent.????

6.5/10Kofta appetiser could be bigger, deserts need to be improved - a Rum Baba without rum was particularly poor. Waiting staff (which were plentiful) need to be more attentive - and to deliver drinks that have been ordered - twice we had to remind them and it wasn’t a busy night.

7/10We had a nice lunch but our food was warm, the duck was chewy and the portions small for the price. We didn’t feel like sending all our meals back to be reheated but, given this was the first day back for indoor dining, we were left with the feeling that a little more effort could have been made to serve up hot food. The service was good from greeting, carrying out Covid regulations to service and attention and the pub has a lovely, clean and cosy interior.

7/10Cozy pub with friendly attentive staff. This is our second visit for evening meal. Although the menu is fair, the meal a little dissapointing. The toast served with the baked camembert was burnt. The salmon dish, although well presented, did not include any potatoes. as my friend's seabass did?
