Excellent
I visited Theo Randall for brunch with my best friend to celebrate my boyfriend. The service was probably the best that I have ever experienced. Everyone was friendly and so helpful and attentive. The brunch options were delicious and generous and the pasta was up there in my top 5 fave pasta dishes of all time. It was a classy but understated setting and perfect for a celebration.

Food was absolutely delicious. Service was faultless snd provided with a smile. The restaurant is spacious. Consequently there is adequate room between tables. Wonderful environment to enjoy a good conversation.
Really knowledgeable, friendly staff. Great service. Food was excellent with varied choices on the set lunch menu. Really good value for money. Lovely dining room and great London location.
From start to finish the dining experience at Theo Randall at the InterContinental was amazing. The food was so fresh and cooked to perfection. The staff were very attentive and excellent customer service very friendly and knowledgeable. This was the first time at the InterContinental and I will be back for sure. Had a wonderful time and experience great food amazing ambiance and excellent customer service what more could you ask for !!
Excellent food excellent staff ambience great no complaints Really lovely experience will definitely come back
Really nice dining experience from the moment we walked in. Treated pleasantly by the waiting staff and had the pleasure of meeting Theo Randall himself who was a fine gentleman and runs the kitchen with passion. Will definitely go there again. Highly recommended!!
The food on the set menu was excellent. We had the seafood risotto, pork and bream, and all were delicious. The Bookatable deal was great value. A special word about the service, which was friendly and helpful without being too intrusive. The cost of a bottle of wine outside the deal is exorbitant, but one can order a couple of glasses without breaking the bank. All told a very enjoyable evening.
Excellent food, friendly attentive service, great wine and beautiful surroundings. Fantastic evening.
Love this restaurant. Great for catch ups, quiet but with a nice vibe. Food is delicious and great service.
The service was excellent, all staff were very attentive and were more than happy to go 'over and above' to ensure we had a great experanice. Our glasses were never left empty so the 'free flowing' drinks met the standad expected. With help yourself startes then having another three courses and extra sweets if you wanted combine this with the drinks meant it was defiently vaule for money. The pasta dish of the day ' Ravioli' with pumpkin was devine and the selection of Sweets were to die for. Our overall dinning experanice was fab.
I found pork dish salty but no one in my party did other than that all dishes where great. Pasta especially soft!
Delicious food and wine.
We were so greedy, that for the first time in ages, I did not have room for pudding! The warm breads brought to the table are just the start of the meal. I had the most amazing cheese souffle - don't be put off my the 15 minute wait time - its well worth it. Followed by seafood risotto. I have been many times now and the service cannot be faulted and the chef and his team excel themselves.
SUPERB!!
The food and ambience and setting were amazing and really impressed with the portions for a set menu. The service could have been better as the drinks service from the bar was slow. We had to nearly half an hour for 2 bloody Mary's and when we chased, we were told the system did not pout the order through. And for £13 each after we asked for them extra spicy we had to send them back. Disappointing. When we asked for 2 extra glasses of red wine, the head waiter did not look at the page I was indicating or probably did not hear me properly, but he brought 2 glasses of white which we didn't want. So the drinks service was overall below par from the food.
Really good meal, lots of little extras and very friendly and efficient service
excellent
Excellent. Service and food and value excellent.
We had the set menu which was very good value. My husband had a Negroni for the first time and really liked this drink and a nice touch that this was an option under the set menu. Food was very good, portion sizes were generous. The seafood risotto and Guinea Fowl were lovely. Service was very good, Tiffany our waitress was very attentive and friendly and made us very welcome. We have visited this restaurant on several occasions and it never disappoints, we look forward to our next visit.
