The food here is excellent. We ordered different Sushi and everything was delicious. Only it was Tuesday and we had to wait a long time for the food to come (>1h), so maybe come with time. Anyway we will come back as it is the best Sushi we found in Valencia so far!

Promising, but not up there yet. Nice dinner, potential is there. Talking about food, it's clear that the quality of the ingredients is very high, especially the fish. The kobe burger was very good as well, but the teriyaki steak was a bit overcooked. All in all, we had great expectations, given the very high reviews, but they were not fully met. Dessert was the discordant note: the tiramisù was not a tiramisù, it was a frozen ice-cream cake. The restaurant is promising and we had a nice dinner, the staff is young and friendly. Communication in English is not very good, but it's a common trait we saw in Valencia.
