4.5/10It was very quiet , a lady seated us, n o one came to get our drink orders , No one to serve at the carvery The lady saw and got the chef Then no gravy the chef had gone back in Then no one came to clear our plates No one came to take our desert order I called the waitress but she was in her own world So we decided to leave Then waited for bill had to go ask Was appalling service ,

7/10Food was very good, table service not great was waiting to pay but nobody came, so went up to the bar to pay and had to wait ten minutes, staff kept walking by. Also heard two lots of arguments between staff members

5/10We were welcomed to the restaurant with a gracious smile and a lovely personality from the greeter/supervisor. But the waitress Marianna was completely devoid of a personality and unable to smile. Whether this was a medical problem or not she shouldn't be in her job as part of being a waitress is communicating with the clientele, not putting them off their food. Food and drinks were as to be expected, acceptable.

4.5/10Disappointing visit. Shown to table with menus but no contact from waiting staff after 10 mins. Took ourselves to the carvery to wait in a very long slow queue with only 1 chef doing all the serving and taking the plate back to the table. Back at table 5 minute wait for cutlery while food was going cold. Drinks ordered whilst eating food as no waiter contact before then but never arrived before ready to leave! Food was OK but not brilliant.
