8/10We had several friends, unexpectedly visiting us and hd not prepared as to how we could welcome them with food and drinks. The answer was booking us all in at the carvery. All went very well so many thanks.

8/10Food was excellent as always but in winter it might be an idea to have some form of heating in the restaurant as there are people in society that do not cope well with the cold due to their disabilities. And the other note was that staff were not overly attentive for a restaurant that wasn't full

8.5/10I came on Tuesday and it was less choice then at the weekend for the carvery vegetables. slightly disappointed. my friend pescetarian had a very little choice. but it's cheap and lovely place.

2/10We booked a table for 4pm last Sunday. Upon arriving, the restaurant could only be described as chaotic. People were queuing out the door, no ones table was ready. There were clearly too few staff. One person serving the carvery was not enough. There was food all over the floor. Never again.

The food and service was lovely. However there was no air conditioning on such a hot day which spoilt our meal. Most people in restaurant were using the menus as fans.

7/10No queue, because no food. Food it self not bad at all, although presentation left a lot to be desired. "Your table is ready, but we're waiting for the Turkey, Lambe and Gammon {also beef and pork down to joint end}." Vegetables limited, with options missing. How can a carvery, a carvery, not have roasts ready for serving. 18h00. Staff stressed out. Trying to keep up with demand. Bar area too small and poorly designed. Range of beers nothing special, if fact not good. Prices, very good. Too many "Dilveroo customers, and/or take away orders being serviced. Managers seemed overwhelmed as well. Restaurant overstretched. 🦶🫏 🎩

10/10We have dined out at the Toby car very many times before and had good experiences each time.Today was no disappointment,prompt smiling service and the food was all of a high standard. Keep it up!

Great little restaurant we were first there so all food was out fresh from the oven all the roasts looked gorgeous the choice of vegetables were amazing! I always recommend this place!

10/10The restaurant was very busy but we were served quickly by a lovely happy waitress who even laughed at my husband's jokes ! Lovely atmosphere and the 2 families we brought and they said it's the best carvery they've been to

4/10Tucked in at the back and hard to get in. Being knocked around by folks passing. Waited for ages for puddings. Had to ask for bill twice. Toilets SHOCKING. Need a cleaner!!

9.5/10I have had table booked for 15.00 when we arrived, we have been blanked by I am guessing the manager of the restaurant but luckily another member of the staff spotted my disappointment and offered her assistance and we have been served wonderfully. When I discussed about my food allergies, there was another lady that helped me to choose my meal and doubled checked with the chef in regards to gluten and lacto containment. All in all we enjoyed our meals. Thank you Kasia
