I requested twice but no staff would care to give me a cutlery, I need to share one knife with my husband for the dinner. It gives me poor impression. Hope they will improve their service manner.

I really like to use this establishment I've never been disappointed food good and reasonably priced plus it's local to me. also go there first when eating out. Good value for money.

The restaurant was clean and tidy. This was the first time we had been to this restaurant. The staff didnt really speak to us other than to ask us what drink we wanted. We had the carvery. The Meat was really nice but the vegetables and mash were overcooked and luke warm.

This is possibly the worst experience we have had in a restaurant, we asked on line-if it was possible to accommodate 7ppl and were told yes, backed up by asking when we had a call to confirm our booking. On sitting down we were TOLD in no uncertain terms we were not allowed 7 chairs! squashing 4 people on 3 chairs, customer service disgusting, spoken to like we were dirt! The place is dirty, food all over the floor, the tables are sticky, I will never return to this place.

Food good service very slow not enough staff on duty so staff that were there were run off their feet so they were not very friendly or helpful asked for some gravy never received it .I really felt sorry for the staff as I once did their job so I know how hard it is when short staffed .

A pleasant meal with friends and the food enjoyable although the sea bass we ordered wasn’t available . We had salmon instead which was good but would have preferred the sea bass

Excellent service and food great. Karen and Luke looked after us very well. Great place to catch up with old friends. Busy but plenty of space and not cramped. Great Lunch
