10/10Had Sunday roast. Good choice of meats, excellent portions. Very tasty. Nice dessert menu too. Best to book as was quite busy

5.5/10Veg selection was disappointing again. Only 2 veg that weren't covered in cheese or that weren't potatoes. Beef was perfect.l and the staff were lovely.

3/10The turkey wasn’t cooked I told the woman she said it was but it wasn’t - it was still bleeding and quickly took the food away not happy one single bit

10/10The food was excellent, well cooked, hot and tasty. Customer care was great. The place, very clean. We had King size carvery with choice of 5 meats, several choices of veg, the best roast potatoes and hot gravy. ????

4/10Today's breakfast was not up to the usual standard.Bacon was cold also had to get fresh coffee as this also was cold.

7.5/10Nice food and polite staff. Didn't like that people were queuing around me for their food while i was eating. Also due to queue had to wait in food line just for a drink.

7.5/10Usually enjoy the Toby Carvery but for the money I was disappointed. The lamb was not tender and really not much of it,small scraggy slices. The veg ok but not very interesting,not as they used to be.

9.5/10the reason the ambiance wasn't excellent was that there was only 3 or 4 other tables in use, it used to be buzzing before covid. Just glad its open again.

6.5/10Staff were friendly and explained everything about how they are operating due to covid rules. Soft drinks (lemonade) tasted like soda water even after pump was changed so opted for coke. Carvery was nice but amount of meat portion was little and yorkshire puddings not soft like they used to be, very crispy and full of air

3/10Wasn't able to attend as the Toby cancelled by telephone the night before - claimed to have an electrical problem so was closing. Used it a few years ago, it was OK then

10/10We have never been to this Toby before and we found it to the standard we have come to expect from Toby.The waitress was excellent in looking after us.
