8/10Booked just in case and glad we did. 2pm Saturday so was wise to. Was quickly seated but staff although working hard were split a bit thin and supervisor seemed very busy. Food was lovely, drinks machine worked but ice machine was out of order (should have a second for redundancy). Cherry flavour drinks additive was out, so defo list a star for that hehe. Apart from that, as great as usual, just wish we had one in Bracknell, but got to come to this one as we’re in Bagshot.

10/10The Toby was very busy but the staff coped very well food was hot and you can eat as much as you like a great experience.

4/10When booking through the Fork the email said "your table will be held from 14:00 to 16:00. " We arrived 20minutes late due to the M3 being closed. The car park was full so another 5minutes were wasted waiting for a parking space. When we entered the restaurant there was no one to greet us and another few minutes were wasted waiting for a member of staff. When I showed the booking email and apologised for being late we were told there would be a 45minute wait. I pointed out that the booking said that the table would be held from 14:00 to 16:00. The 'Manager' said that was nothing to do with the Toby. I asked why, as we were booking the Toby. Again he repeated it was nothing to do with him. His attitude was extremely unsympathetic, sarcastic and rude. I asked for his head office address so I could complain and was told to look it up on line. At that point we decided to go elsewhere. That so called 'Manager' seriously needs training in customer service. Never will we book that restaurant again. Sarcasm comes as standard from him. Very disappointing. A simple "I'm sorry you had trouble with traffic but please take a seat at the bar and we will call you as soon as your table is ready." would have been perfect instead of being defensive and rude. I'll also avoid using The Fork in future and will book restaurants directly. 😥

10/10We booked up the day before and thought Friday might be a nice option. It worked out really well. We were seated really quickly. The only downside was that some of the dishes were nearly empty. Consequently, the food in those dishes we're not as hot as we would have liked. However, we enjoyed a pleasant evening. Thanks.

9/10Less vegetables on offer at the servers to what I remember 1-2 years ago. Yorkshire pudding was rubbery, need much sharper knives.

4/10Staff were a bit offhand and the food was cold. Very disappointing The first plate the chef started to use was really old and manky looking. It took three requests to use a nicer plate. The food looked as though it had stood under lights for hours. Would have gone elsewhere if we’d had time.

9/10It was a lovely afternoon Sunday lunch. The place was easy to find. Large parking area. It was busy but service was efficient and just about right level of attention. The food was great and good portions. Well done.

6.5/10We waited 20 mins for a waitress to order drinks but no one came so we got our food then we had to ask to order our drinks 30 mins later . We booked for a table of 6 people but tried to call the restaurant twice for 2 days to add another person but no one returned my call & when we were seated it was on a table for 8 how dissapointing

9/10Food was great, service Good. Jackie, our server, while busy was very good and attentive. Was my birthday celebration and the evening was Lovely. The Potatoes were fantastic! Yorkshires very good, Turkey Good, Pork excellent.

8.5/10We were seated very quickly, and did not have to wait long for our drinks to arrive. Food was good but some of the veg could have been hotter....don't know how long it had been on the hot plate.

2/10I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, my family and I waited forever to be served with our drinks. The place wasn’t busy so there was no excuse. We finally queued for our food and there was only 1 Preston serving. This girl had to slice the meats and serve our vegetables. The food was cold and the Yorkshire puddings had seen better days. They were very rubbery as they had been standing so long. The whole meal was a huge disappointment and I will not be taking my family there again.

6/10This Toby Carvery is dated and needs update Carpet filthy with food, esp near the serving area Service good Food good Watch out for the misleading menu price for dessert when eating a carvery food Menu mentions desserts price £1.99, but this is for only one person in a group !! So the rest in the party will have to pay full dessert prices from £4.49 !
