9.5/10Lovely food and my sever was very friendly not too noisy either bought kids desserts and a adults but they were the same size and different in price only thing I would change is better signage would have been nice as only 1 sign near the entrance and not the car park it’s self as as didn’t say anything about pay and display on website and after having to download the app to pay and display only to be told in the restaurant after I asked that u get 3 hours free when dining

7.5/10We come to this restaurant relatively regularly, and always receive good service. The food served from the Carvery is usually good, but tonight the roast potatoes were sub-standard. Like warm, tough skinned, and not much like roasties usually are.

7.5/10Although we had to queue ( it’s a buffet the turkey and pork was tender and tasty. The choice of vegetables was excellent, all perfectly cooked. Drink prices were reasonable.

8/10It was very busy, I had booked a table for 7.30 and we had to wait 20 minutes as it was not ready, table we was on was very tight to other tables not a lot of room to get in and out without disturbing people on the tables either side of us, food was good, couple of things had not been replaced at the serving hatch and was a bit messy, the guy cutting and serving meat was very good and quick, waitress was very good

9/10Yes we really enjoyed it nice atmosphere and pleasant i would just like to say i prefer fresh veg food as im vegetarian mac cheese was dry and only little left cauliflower just a little and mushy apart from that all goid.

8.5/10We were shown to our table amd our waitress was called Kim. The food was nice (had run out of potatoes so had to wait a little while but well worth it when they came. The yorkshire was not really cooked properly bit the cauliflower cheese was lovely all in all good quality food. Pretty busy. Kim was lovely, friendly, helpful, not just to us but watched her with all other customers and she was the same. Always smiling, helping with the appa they couldnt find. All in all enjoyable experience. More like Kim thats for sure very good value for money

9/10We are members of the same family who try to go together to the Harlow Toby about once a month, and this visit was like most others we have experienced. On the whole the food was good, though some of the vegetables would have been hotter if they had been covered while there was nobody in the queue, and on this one occasion my roast pork was very dry. However, overall we were well satisfied with our meal, and consider it to be quite reasonably priced.

4.5/10You could read a news paper through the meat,it was cut so thin.god forbid you ask for it to be cut a bit thicker.you can only eat so much,so I can’t really see what the problem is.they guard the meat like they want to take it home.it’s quite funny when they pull a face if you ask for a bit more.OLIVER springs to mind..in fairness there are plenty of vegetables and they are decent.the girls who wait the tables are friendly It makes up for the trainee samurai who serve the meat.this is a carvery stop trying to squeeze every last sliver of meat from the bone.When we attended the restaurant everybody in the queue had the same opinion in fact when a certain young carver came out from the kitchen there was an audible.intake of breath.It would appear he has a reputation for his knife skills..that being said I think watching these people trying to get 300 hundred slices of gammon is part of the day out. Give it a go it’s not that bad, they always seem busy.

3.5/10Our waitress was polite and friendly but the food was really sub standard. Yorkshire's were dry, mash was grey, peas dried out, cauli over cooked and everything was Luke warm. All sauces except mini sauce were empty but the surface was clean so someone had checked it recently!

6.5/10The waitress was lovely, friendly and professional. Even when she was dealing with an unhappy customer, she was calm and managed extremely well. In my opinion the manager should have stepped in as the customer was rude and aggressive. The waitress was still having to manage her other customers on top of the difficult situation. The meat , potatoes and Yorkshire puddings were excellent, the vegetables were watery unfortunately but we will definitely come back.

4.5/10The food needed to be a lot hotter the portion of meat was very small….. shame. Staff work very hard to make your visit enjoyable. Will give it another try but it dose need to improve to get me there as a regular customer. My friend who just eats meat and toast potatoes did very well, she had a plate full of meat!! My other. friend had too much gravy poured over her food which made it look very messy . I hope my points are sorted out I’m giving it another try next week.Thank you.

7.3/10We were seated on time the waitress was very pleasant asked us to be paitence with her as she was new at the job. Our meal was okay but when we order our desert the cheese cake was unavailable the waitress was so sorry she did not know until we placed our order
