10/10The Toby was very busy, so parking took a bit of time, but definitely worth while. Once inside we were greeted and shown to our table, our waitress arrived to take our orders, and ensure that we were familiar with the Toby system. There were plenty of meats to choose from at the carvery and vertically every imaginable vegetables. The food was good and kept warm by being served up on heated plates. There were plenty of diners but we never felt crowded in, the setting was good,. the service great and food was excellent, definitely gets top marks for a reasonably priced meal out.

10/10The food was really lovely nice and hot and plenty. The staff was really lovely as I had my 94 yr old grandma with me and they put us close to the carvery so my grandma didn't have to walk as at her age she does have walking problems

8.5/10Despite being very busy the service was excellent and the food from the carvery excellent and piping hot. Choice of five meats freshly carved and constant replacement of dishes of vegetables to ensure they were hot and fresh. Puddings slightly disappointing, but after a huge main course are not really essential!

7.5/10Food and service excellent. However, I was looking forward to RARE roast beef and/or pink lamb, and both were slow cooked and for me, thoroughly overcooked. If I can get a rare steak in a restaurant, why can't the carvery do rare roast beef? Is this an EU ruling which should be abandoned? Advertisements are misleading.

10/10My sister and I took our dad's wife out, I had pre booked the table. My sister and I both said it was the best roast we had had. The potatoes and parsnips where to die for. The roast lamb and beef was so tender. My sister, Nikki, is vegan and had the vegan pie and loved it. Our dad's wife (who is not a big eater) ate loads and loved it. Thank you

9.5/10The team at this restuarant Toby Carvery Hinton Christchurch, do a great job and particularly the kitchen and food display. We'll worth a visit, pity there is not a similar carvery in or round. Lymington.

10/10Lovely and friendly relaxed staff enjoying their jobs. The restaurant was packed out due to easter holidays but the food was amazing and the staff were all happy! Very well done Toby Christchurch 5 stars!! ????????????????
