8.5/10A friendly welcome when being shown to our table. Our server took our drinks order whilst we joined a short queue for the Carvery. a good choice of meats and vegetables . An enjoyable meal with the attentive server making sure we were comfortable with everything.

4.5/10We expected the food quality should be average at least, but it was quite disappointing for this visit. The chef was not friendly and the supply of roasting meats were running out, we took some last bit and they were cold and dry. The sides vegetables, gravy and sauces were cold and looked like they were leftover. The waiting staffs were nice and helpful.

10/10Great service, haven't been in for a few months, so mostly new staff. Our server was Sophie was very polite will make an excellent server. The Carver Tomaz as normal, great to banter with, and gives as much as he takes from me. I was Greeted as if a long lost friend. What ever he is being paid is NOT enough. Special mention for him.

2/10No meat for one and a half hours except lamb and gammon. Ordered drinks didn’t arrive for 20 minutes and then k my when we asked. Had to ask about ordering starters which took another 20 minutes and foccaxia turned into mothers pride toast and just about the most unappetising plate of food imaginable. Fig chutney nowhere to be found. Decided enough was enough no wonder it was half empty at 4pm on a Sunday. Give it a miss!!

10/10A delicious meal, food was ???? hot and plenty of choice. Desserts were very tasty also. Service was good. Only complaint was being charged £1.55 each for lime squash and Tap water ! At a different venue last week I was charged 50p for the same drink, how can one place charge three times the amount of the other ?

9/10Went on a day there was a promotion on so queued quite a while for the carvery, but that was to be expected. Staff, although incredibly busy, were very helpful and professional.

9/10A delicious meal for our group of four, two having beef and gammon which they said was very enjoyable. The remaining two people had the choice of turkey which was well cooked and very tasty. The Yorkshire puddings were large and crispy ????, a plentiful selection of vegetables , very good choices. Our drinks had been served promptly whist we were getting the Carvery meals. We all decided to choose a dessert which was served shortly after finishing our main courses . Once again , only praise for the desserts.

8/10A delicious meal in the newly refurbished Toby decorated ready for Christmas. The food was hot, plentiful and enjoyable. Good choices of meats and vegetables . The service was friendly and good. Also a good range of Desserts to choose from.

9.5/10A delicious meal of a very large Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, lean and tasty turkey and an excellent selection of vegetables, all topped with gravy. A breathing space, then strawberry sponge and also a treacle sponge both with ice cream. A real treat.

9.5/10Booked, but quite quiet when we arrived, shown to a table straight away and then our drinks order was taken and we then went to get our carvery meal. Enormous Yorkshire pudding, as usual, with turkey, stuffing, roast potatoes, peas, macaroni cheese and amazingly, a suet dumpling !!! All the food was delicious, the macaroni cheese could have been a little hotter but not an issue that needed a complaint. A lovely choice of desserts, we chose a dairy ice cream with lemon sauce and the other choice was sponge of the day with strawberry sauce and ice cream. More people came in whilst we were eating so it did get busier. Friendly service and good food, definitely worth a visit but best to book first.

6.5/10The vegan mushroom and ale pie's crust was tough and dry with very little filling. Vegan veg options were carrots peas , cabbage and roast potatoes (all overdone). very poor value for money if you are not eating the meat

5.5/10If only the food was hot it would be ok, we have in the past always enjoyed going to the Harvester but having cold food served with Luke warm gravy was not a good experience.

5.8/10Very short staff, ordered 3 deserts that all came 10 minutes apart from each other, this wasn't very helpful as I had my 2 year old granddaughter with me. We were only offered carvery wasn't allowed to order from main menu. Carvery was ok nothing special. Fairly disappointed with experience.
