Required a quiet area and this was requested also due to my children having invisible disabilities.This was not provided.Children running around and parents and staff not taking responsibility to address behaviour.

Great choice for carvery with 4 different joints on offer although waiting time was not so good. For volume of people in restaurant the layout for food was not helping flow of queue.

The service was really good the only fault was my son and his wife got the beef with their carvery and it was very fatty they told the waitress and she offered them a reduction on there bill which was fair enough we would still recommend the carvery the rest of the meal was lovely

Carvery was delicious as always. Service was non intrusive but very good. Never had a bad meal there yet! My son made room for a dessert too (no idea how?!) but also enjoyed a cookie dough sundae which he thoroughly enjoyed

The staff were super welcoming and friendly. It was very busy but they were all smiling and working together. Food was lovely. Meat cooked well and veg looked fresh and colourful.

It is an easy place to find staff were excellent and helpful but found food to be poor had the carvery and not much choice in vegetables and some of roast potatoes were too salty

Much improved food. Nadia our server was very friendly and polite. Not comfortable with 6 adults in a booth and we were very easily changed to a round table without problems. Will go again.

Not long to wait for table. Quick service at bar. Friendly staff. Que for carvery went down quickly. Food was hot and tasty. Service good. No waiting for the bill.

Very disappointing. Waited a while to be served and veg looked quite unappetising. Beef was very fatty and hard to eat. Vegetables were OK but not very hot. When I was asked if my meal was OK I said the meat was fatty. I was told that beef was always fatty. When I disagreed the waitress said she would speak to the chef. She returned to say that they would not charge for my meat. We also had to try three salt cellars before finding one that worked as they were damp so all the holes were blocked. I was charged £1.75 less for my meal. Will think twice before returning.
