I'm by myself, maybe pick an earlier time as it was peak time, staff are always froendly ans you cannot rush the service due to the high demands....food not as hot as I would have liked.

Several items of the food had run out- vegetables. The lamb joint was very dry having obviously been under the lights for a long time. The portions of meat were ridiculously small

Really busy louis grèeted us really lovely lady waitress sarah took our order of drinks but louis came to say she was going home not feeling well louis incested she would get our drinks went outside and bless sarah was in alot of pain louis came to check on her to see if she was ok the food was lovely great big shout out to louis what a star cared about staff and customers will highly recommend manager should be so proud of his staff and how he and them are so dedicated sandra sorroll

Lovely restaurant, really polite staff, food excellent can't wait to go again. Just a shame they had not got the lamb cooked and ready to serve but other meats were enjoyable

No option for 1 of our party of 4 as does not like carvery food, just had a side of pigs in blanket but said these were not very nice. Carvery food was, ‘edible’ but nothing to compliment further. We won’t be returning as very disappointed.

Staff were pleasant, service was OK. Meat was dry and tough. Our sitting was 6pm and the veg looked like it was from afternoon service. Looked old. Roast potatoes were burnt but soggy. Very upsetting as this was a treat for my granddaughter.

Even though it was school half term & was busy. Staff were attentive, polite & straight to us after sitting down. Toby Kings Norton always has all food available with only short waiting times

Staff worked really hard but had difficulty with the high numbers of customers. The meat and desserts were lovely but the vegetables ranged from undercooked to mushy..

It was very busy but we soon got a table. The queue for the Carvery was long but soon moved on. Food hot with plenty of selection of vegetables. Left completely satisfied.

The service was poor, we ordered pigs in blankets and they never arrived, the waitress had forgotten to put the order in. When desert time came, they had ran out of nearly all the deserts .
