10/10The food is always good here, hot and plenty of it at good prices. I like the atmosphere in this place and it's made better by the staff. Shout out to Sophie who did a great job of looking after us with promptness, personality and humour. I will come again!

8/10Why do you leave the stalks on the runner beans? You have a promotion on - only 2 staff and a manager. Queued up to register our arrival - no one came as too busy doing the drinks - ended up going over to the bar and stopping one of the ladies to say we have a reservation. Sorry you let yourselves down this time.

8.5/10The sausages for the kid is a bit overcooked The Yorkshire pudding my one is the last of the batch so not as impressive as the ones other tables had but the lamb and beef was tasty

8/10Bit surprised you only did small or large (pint) of apple juice. Other Tobies have medium!!! Sauces bowls empty so had to wait to get refilled. Gravy emoty too.

9/10Sorry to say again you fell short of disabled training. Yes a staff member opened up the barrier so the wheelchair didn’t have to go up steps to get to the carvery. But having chosen what we wanted how do you carry 2 plates and push a wheelchair- the barrier had been reclosed. So had to take plates round to our table the long way and then find a staff member to open the barrier so I could get wheelchair out. The chair was up by the far end out of sight so staff when found one didn’t seem to understand why I wanted the barrier open. At least this time when we finished we could leave the way we came in and not sent out the other entrance where there is no dropped kerb - despite telling staff this - who refused to let us out the in way - and yes wheelchair got stuck and customer had to help us.

5/10Arrived at the restaurant at the booked time of 7.30 only to be seated 15mins later. When sat down the table was wobbly and I asked if we could move as wobbly tables and young children don’t mix well. We’re told this couldn’t happen despite seeing empty 4 seat tables empty so I fixed the table myself. We ordered 4 refill drinks which eventually I had to ask somebody else for because the waiter had forgotten them. The glasses arrived warm and different in sizes with no ice machine working. The Carvery queue was a minimum of 30 mins wait as there was only one person serving not only the ppl in the queue but takeaway orders too. This person did a really good job and the best that could be done in a really bad situation. After a busy day I was looking forward to a relaxing meal and it really wasn’t

10/10Must have had more disability training, as spot on now. Thank you for making my friends visit enjoyable. Food as always great, but am sure meat portion is getting smaller!!!!

5.5/10The booking system needs attention. I was trying to book for 15 persons but couldn't. A maximum of 6 I then found another Toby website where the numbers were not limited. It then told me that lunchtime was full within 2 hours of my booking which I knew to be not true. I went back to the original site and made 3 bookings using different email addresses. When I arrived at the restaurant the place was empty. How much business are you losing by telling customers you are full when you aren't

10/10One of our favourite restaurants. We always leave absolutely stuffed. The food is good quality and very affordable. Much cheaper than other restaurants. This carvery is always busy, it's very popular in our area.

7/10We always enjoy going to The Fork and it’s one of our regular Sunday lunch venues, unfortunately today the restaurant was inundated with children who were not being supervised and getting under people’s feet whilst they were getting back to their seats with their food, the manager was doing a Stirling job at asking them to go back to their seats etc but unfortunately the parents of the children were not even aware of where their children were sometimes. I know at one time that the travellers were banned as the behaviour was so bad! I don’t have a problem at all as long as they are supervised. We will have to think again for Sunday lunch ????????

9.5/10Our experience at the fork was excellent tonight. The last time we went (just after restrictions were lifted) was appalling and we vowed never to return, so glad we gave it another chance as tonight it was superb! The food and staff was excellent.

9/10Well don't go in a wheelchair. We asked if we could leave via the entrance as was pretty certain no dropped kerb on the exit door. Supervisor on duty was not aware or kerb issue. As too many people waiting to come in, it was going to be impossible to get out that way with social distancing etc. We went to the exit and yes no dropped kerb. Went backwards down kerb and wheelchair got stuck on the anti-tip device and friend had to lift me in chair to free the chair. An employee was with us as opened the doors for us so she saw what we had to do. Ruined my first meal out since you know what began. Am hoping my friends muscles will be ok in the morning. Not impressed with a large company not having a proper exit for wheelchairs.
