Waited at reception for 5 minutes 2 disabled adults started to walk to table I'd booked for 3 heard some one shout can I help you. I said I've booked a table for 3, 12 o'clock she waved us over to reception I told her that when we came in nobody at reception waited 5 minutes and desided to walk to the table I'd booked shocking weren't bothered if you were disabled or not won't be going back Mr Keith Brown

From walking in the door the staff are fantastic show you to your table ask if you would like a soft drinks while your read to go and get your meal the. Food is fantastic that's why I've been 3 times in a row. Don't know why the dates arnt on my bookings I'll have to find bank statements so I can get them put on.

This is the last time I will use a Toby Carvery. I was tired and hot and should not have booked for 7.30 in the evening as by that time there were only a choice of gammon, pork & turkey, the veg were past their best having been on the hotplate too long. Im sure the menu is reduced these days and not for the better. Service was initially quick but once I had finished no one was to be seen to clear my plate an take my money. I didnt stop for a pudding as these are just sweet sickly and not pleasant from previous experience. It was a meal but not a memorable one

this day became worse after eating here i was sick all night, i had the same food as always but within 2 hours i was sick all night. and this continued until 6 am .

my wife is a coeliac and she was very ill after dining on Friday night although the staff checked the eton mess was GF . she has been in bed for two days now.

Always enjoy the food at the Toby. Beautiful staff are helpful especially in noticing I have a limp, so decided to put myself and my guests n lower level as I couldn’t manage the stairs

Very pleasant day. Staff very helpful. I was having dinner with my dad who has dementia the setting was safe and the staff helped take dinner to our table. Well thought out and safe. The carvery was beautiful Thank you

Good food, Good Service, Good Price. Enough said. It was very humid as no air con, but that did not spoil the dinner. Drinks were cold and very nice.

Staff were super friendly and tended to our every need. Dinner was lovely and was put at ease as there was no over crowding. Would highly recommend people to visit.

The resttaurant was quite busy but we were made welcolm, only down side not enough meat for money . OTHER THAN THAT THE SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD AND THE STAFF FIRST CLASS Regards Ian G

The service was excellent and the food was amazing as always. The only bad thing was the room we ate in was freezing cold. I was shivering for most of the hour I was there.
