Been many times before but on this occasion food was dissapointing and not very warm , although it was only 12pm, veg appeared possibly warmed up from night before

Thought I would break my trip from Liverpool to the Lake District by calling at the Morecambe Toby for Sunday lunch. Only 5 minutes from the M6 and very easy to find - it's very prominent on a roundabout on the main road out of Lancaster. Large venue, well- managed and friendly service. Food as expected, and not as chaotic as my local Toby! Would call here again if and when I repeat the journey.

The food was beautiful although the chefs were miserable this was more than made up for by the fact that our server Jacks was simply amazing she was happy, polite, and funny and her customer service skills were simply above and beyond!

Lovely pub/restaurant. Although decor could do with an upgrade. We had the Carvery which was delicious. The staff were very welcoming and professional.

We were pleased to find a Toby in Morecambe whilst on holiday, as we always enjoy a roast dinner in Toby Restaurants in various places we go to. The ladies at reception and at the table were very pleasant and we were pleased to get our meal quickly as we chose a later lunch at 2pm. The dinner was very tasty as always, our only complaint was the very small amount of meat we were given, the thinnest most meagre amount Turkey and very small slices of pork, which was very disappointing, as it was as if the chef was paying for it himself, instead of that WE were and more expensive on a Sunday! Meat is a very important important part of a good roast dinner, so we were very disappointed at the meagre portions we were rationed with...the little pieces we had were very tasty, but that only made it worse, 2 or 3 bites and it was gone!! We both said we'd never had such tiny portions of meat before in a Toby carvery, so it won't put us off, but we need to bring it to attention, so as it can hopefully be addressed and dealt with, as Toby's are not just for vegetarians!!!

Lovely carvery, 4th time there. Served by Rachel who was amazing, chatty ,friendly an officiant! Will be returning in a couple of weeks as we are always pleased.

Staff were excellent in seating us right away, drinks came 2 minutes after ordering and food was great, all round fantastic service.
