Well it was very busy due I think to the deal on . But we sat for a very long time and in the end we went and found a waitress as we noticed people who came in after us were being served . It seemed disorganised and short staffed for a busy period of time The meat is never plentiful but yesterday it was really mean the thinnest two slices of Turkey I’ve ever had in toby . I appreciate there is plenty of vegetables but I think because most people in there were doing the £6 deal the quantity of meat served had been cut down ! We go to toby a lot and yesterday was very dussapointing I definately wouldn’t go for the deal again .

Always enjoy a carvery,not my 1st here which is why we go back. The food is good, affordable and the grandkids love it. The service was very good , it was busy and the waiting staff coped well. Generally very good

The service was shocking! They didn't have our table ready, they just dumped the knifes fork's and napkins on the table, the drinks order was completely wrong, and the ice machine wasn't working. Food was tasty but very poor quality!

A lovely meal. Massive yorkshire puddings.The guy serving the meat was a good laugh. Gone up in price a lot since we last came, but everything has anyway. Unlimited soft drinks went down well.we went outside to have drinls in the garden after our meal as weather was pleasant.

When I booked to go to the restaurant I wrote to have a window seat as my son has autism and disability, but we weren’t given that but a table by the toilets and busy everyone walking past , I did say when I got there to be told I couldn’t have that , but this should of been brought to my attention before I came as you have my details ,

Sluggish service although friendly. Food quality OK but not great. Looked quite tatty and uncared for. Many menu items unavailable. Overall not great, won't return.
